“5/5 Stars! I’m a resident of Waco, TX who is on Medicare and had major back surgery in Dallas in January 2026. It’s now March 16, 2026. I’ve just picked up my Rollator, thanks to Tori and the team at AMS. I went through 5 medical supply companies (1 in Waco and 4 in Dallas area) and AMS was by far the easiest to deal with by phone. Imagine how thrilled I was when pick up took less than 10 minutes. As a nurse and a patient, I will definitely be using AMS again in the future.
Parking is abundant. Staff is kind and patient. They handled the paperwork side of the job, which took a load off my recovering self. “We recently purchased one of their very lightweight motorized transport chairs. We just returned from using it for 3 weeks in Europe and it worked great, even on the old cobblestone streets. “Went in to get my wife a new set as she has had 1 pair for far too long always sacrificing her needs for others I was greeted by kiwi as soon as I walked in. I wasn't ready as I was waiting for size confirmation. So as I waited watching kiwi and her customer service was awesome and when it was my turn she didn't disappoint. He could tell what I needed just by listening to my concerns regarding the face mask. And the best and most comforting part was that he shared his personal experience with me. “I've never been IN this pharmacy but my daughter's dermatologist sent a prescription to them. My daughter is away at college so the medication has to be shipped. It was our first time using this pharmacy so there was some issue confirming the insurance so the prescription could be filled and shipped. Of course, any time you're dealing with insurance stuff it can be a pain! But when I called, I spoke with Jennifer and she took the time to figure it all out for me. Going to the pharmacy used to be a chore and a headache at times, but since my first visit here a couple years ago I have a whole new perspective and actually look forward to visiting! They have a drive thru but I always go inside. The people who work here CARE; the customer service is excellent, always personable, and unmatched based on my experience with previous pharmacies. They will go above and beyond to help you get what you need. For example - when my child was a newborn and needed medication, they offered to deliver it to my home so he could get it sooner for a quick recovery. I will never use another pharmacy & can't recommend them enough.”
