“We found Advantage Storage on the recommendation of a good friend. We have been with them for 6 years now and have had a wonderful experience! The units are roomy and CLEAN. My belongings have been safe, dry, and well kept in a climate controlled environment. Access is easy, and I always feel safe! All that is terrific in itself, but it is the staff that really sets Advantsge Storage apart. We were treated like family from day one! I'm always surprised when they remember who we are and call us by name. They make us feel like they are always looking out for us. That is so rare these days. I cannot recommend them enough. Excellent business.”

“Hands down if you need a team that can wrap and pack for you and treat your home with respect ? get this McKinney team! Jorge, Jeff and Samuel were stellar. We drove over 1200 miles after the boys packed us up in own own rental truck and can confirm nothing broke and it was ? due to how the team packed and wrapped and we had a ton of large pictures and glass. If you need a master wrapper lol Samuel is your guy. Jeff is a burst of energy and loves what he does and Jorge dials it up and is the Tetris master of making sure everything in the truck fits (even though he says he hates Tetris :) and is safely packed! Hell of a team from the McKinney team.

“The crew is amazing. They wrap everything careful. I already have a neighbor asking for your guys and I strongly recommend to him. Even through the weather is not good, the mover carefully handled everything and put rug on the floor to protect it from mud. Furnitures and electrics are all wrapped with blanket, and not a single stretch. I really appreciate you guys.”

“I wish I could give 10 stars!!! Hotshots helped us move to our new home, and they were WONDERFUL. It was pouring down rain on our move day, and they still did an expert and efficient job. We also had some difficult items included in our move--appliances and a very heavy piano--and these guys went above and beyond. They didn't scuff a single wall or damage the hardwood floors. If I ever move again, I wouldn't even consider another moving company! Highly recommend.”

“Usually a good experience. New manager seems nice. Was very busy.. last manager was great.. new older office girl was ok.. kept mispronounced my name then told me wrong price when I went to pay bill but I corrected her and she said yeah I was right but no apology or anything for her mistake. I think their signs are funny n usually take pics of them for a giggle later. On a few occasions Other customers tend to block gate n key pad with moving trucks or work trucks or haul butt in gate almost running me over. One time a person had 2 hallways blocked with his stuff all over in the building my unit was in and I had a hard time getting to and from my unit to move heavy things.”
