“I needed a fridge moved from seller to my house. Found it on Marketplace and wasn’t sure not only how to get it delivered but then installed as well.
CHAT GPT recommended Get Moving and it was BEST decision I made.
I called (impulsively) on a Sunday- and they still took my call and walked me through what I’ll need to check in advance, we even FaceTimes to make sure I’m measuring my front door opening correctly.
Although their Monday schedule was fully booked- they came to the rescue and fitted me in end of day.
Seller was extremely impressed with their services as well: they wrapped the fridge to protect it through transit then installed the waterline upon delivery. Fridge arrived safely floors and door stayed untouched- they even checked my outside tap that was leaking just because they are GOOD PEOPLE and so willing to help.
Will definitely use them next time I move houses as well as any small move I have in between.

“Today I had a reservation at Go Store It in McKinney Tx that had been confirmed a week prior and when I showed up this morning w my loaded truck and movers that I had contracted for 3 hours no one was in the office and the door was locked. I received no help from customer services. I was left to frantically call storage places close by as the time was ticking away. The receptionist at Mckinney mini storage was so kind. She helped me immediately and was able to get the guys back to the unit right away while I stayed to fill the paper work. I did end up spending more on this smaller unit and I had to pay the movers for an extra half hour but the helpful nature of the receptionist made me feel better. Thank you for helping me when I was freaking out! I hope the duration of my rental contract goes as well as today did.”
