“I recently built a new shed and desperately needed to match the paint color to my house, but I had no idea what the color was. I decided to try Sherwin Williams, both because of the strong recommendations and the fact that I walked in on the very last day of their 40% off sale—which made me feel extra pressure and pretty nervous about finding what I needed!
Luckily, I spoke with Allison, and she was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked up. I showed her a picture of my house color, and she immediately recommended the perfect type of outdoor paint for the job. Recognizing my predicament and the time constraint, she did something amazing: she gave me an extension on the 40% off sale! She handed me a color palette to take home, match the exact color accurately, and come back to get the precise mix I needed without rushing or worrying about missing the discount.
I wasn't sure about the quantity, so I started with one gallon and was able to easily come back for the second gallon I needed later. The people here are so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this location to anyone, and especially ask for Allison! She truly made a stressful situation simple and saved me a lot of money and time.”

“Why not a 5 star! Well I got there 30 minutes before they close so I would understand if they cannot do a job that fast but I was there to ask a question and I had my drawer to color match so one of their employees kind of rudely told me we’ll do it tomorrow so leave your stuff here and we will contact you when it’s done. So I was so happy that I can color match it and come back tomorrow. Next day I get a call to come to store to find out that they cannot color match. I only give 4 stars because the manager was super polite and friendly calling 2-3 places to find me a color coat.”

“Jessie went above & beyond to help me this morning! 5 stars for customer service! The paint/paint can I brought in this morning was old & had been discontinued. He called in to a supervisor to retrieve the “old” formula. After he did that, he offered to try to shake/revitalize my can (which was pretty full). Thankfully, the paint was resurrected! Jessie poured it into a new can (because the old can was rusting out) with the formula on a new label. I asked about the fee for the new can & Jessie said there was no fee! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Jessie was helpful, personable & patient!”
