“Yesterday we went to O'Reilly's to check on my battery. While there, my car would not start due to another reason and when we went back in to let one of the guys know that we were having additional car trouble. One gentleman came out and did a diagnostic and found out the cause for us. He helped in doing some research for us on my vehicle and the problem it was having. While me and my grandmother were there all of the workers were very kind to us! Even got some cold drinks since it was so hot outside and we had been there for awhile while waiting for a ride. Really appreciate the kindness and help we received while at this place. Highly recommend and will continue to come back for any car needs. Thank you to the gentlemen that helped us yesterday ❤️ p.s. We also had to leave my car overnight and they helped push it to a safer place in the parking lot and made sure what vehicles were okay if in case anyone tried to open my car. ?”
