What truly sets this kitchen apart is Randy’s innovative and creative design. Every inch of space has been thoughtfully used, providing smart storage solutions that keeps everything organized and within reach. It’s not only beautiful but also highly efficient—perfect for everyday use.
The construction team led by Rex stayed on track and met the original timeline, which made the whole process even smoother. Bay Area Kitchens was also extremely collaborative, listening to my ideas and working closely with me to create a custom kitchen that feels uniquely mine.
One helpful tip: I recommend taking some time at the beginning to review the pricing details and clarify what’s included in the overall estimate. It’s a worthwhile step to ensure everything is clear and avoids any surprises later on. That said, the team was always open to communication and willing to walk through any questions we had.
In the end, the quality and beauty of the finished kitchen far exceeded our expectations, and we truly feel it was a well-designed kitchen that’s both functional and stylish. I highly recommend Bay Area Kitchens!”

“A week before Christmas, the hot water heater starts leaking. Our Bradford had gone out after 30 years of service, and we had to get a new one.
I chose to go to Ferguson because they were a supplier and sold Bradford directly to the public (Usually you have to go through a plumber to get a Bradford). Elaine was extremely helpful, educating me on what I was looking for and what to watch out for. I did my best to get the modern version of our same model, and she had politely warned me I might want to opt for the tall model that is skinny if ours is in the attic (Apparently all Houston area suburb attic entries are similarly sized..) The measurements were similar enough that I went ahead and got the short one. They only had one in stock in a beat up box, so she cut it open to show it to me just to make sure I could see what I was getting.
It was 1/4 inch off from fitting (They were right)... SO! I bring back the heater the Monday before Christmas and, true to her word, they took it back, no hassle, no issues. The service Elaine and the team at Ferguson provided was extremely polite, professional, and educative. I can't recommend them highly enough.”
