“We found this place through a Facebook Marketplace Ad. Upon reaching out, our questions were answered promptly and courteously. So, we visited the store the next evening. Visually, the storefront is not impressive. However, the service and prices were outstanding. We bought a dishwasher. Even though our home is 28 miles away, and the business typically delivers up to 20 miles away, we were not charged extra for the delivery, installation and removal of the old dishwasher. The price was below what competitors offer. Juan, our delivery person, did a fantastic job, from great communication, to testing the new unit to make sure it works properly, to a spotless cleanup job. I am a satisfied customer.”

“We were referred to K&N by our builder, Raquel helped us picking the right appliances for our kitchen remodel. She was extremely knowledgeable. Customer service was top notch. We also paid for their installation services and do not regret it. Their installation team was also top notch... they assessed the installation in our kitchen. Our builder had not reviewed any of the specs for our new appliances and utilities were not ready for proper installation of range, wall oven, island hood and dishwasher. K&N technicians were concerned about fire hazards that our terrible builder had ignored from the beginning of the remodel. K&N was able to install our appliances later when all utilities and concerns were addressed. They came on time and made sure that the working area was covered so there were no damages on the floor or cabinets. They were extremely respectful and reliable . Thank you very much K&N. We will be recommending your services. always.”

“This place is pretty cool some great deals. Something’s are new and not damaged. Love this place and prices are somewhat fair. Some are the same and some are more. Waiting to see if they price match if boxes are damaged they should be a little cheaper waiting to see.”

“I had a good experience overall. The store has a nice selection of furniture, and the layout makes it easy to look around and compare different options. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff was friendly without being too pushy, which I appreciated. The only reason I’m giving four stars is that some parts of the shopping process could be a little more organized, especially when it comes to getting additional information about certain items. Still, the overall experience was positive, and I would consider coming back when looking for future furniture needs.”

“Parking is the only drawback. Great produce and nicely stocked items. Friendly staff. Slightly more expensive than Kroger I believe. The coupon system is such a waste of paper and would rather see 100% electronic coupons offered with the app. The app in general is very nicely done and always seems up-to-date. They have recently remodeled the entryway and it feels much roomier and well thought out. Special shoutout to the staff at the self-checkout area -- they are always eager to assist and have always been attentive to people's needs whenever I take note. I appreciate their efforts made to keep the line moving and quickly resolve any issues. thank you”

“Can’t say enough about working with Parker. He gave me and my wife all the time we needed to ask questions. He knew the appliances and even more importantly, the service history of each manufacturer. Walked away with a Wolf range and Sub-Zero fridge based on our 2 visits with him. Can’t wait to add them to our remodeled kitchen.”

“I had an immediate need of a Washer Dryer. I called Sara Applicance & Electornics and Q picked up. He had the models I wanted and, over the phone, did all the paperwork. I had shopped at Sara a decade ago, so he was able to skip some stuff based on my previous info. Scheduled the appliances for delivery 2 days later. I got my machines, sale and install were easy. Q put up with my constant nagging and misunderstandings and made me feel appreciated and important. Renoo is the lady that sits in the middle of everything and she too was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.”

“I’ve had an outstanding experience working with Joe Barrile and his team at Reece. They have consistently provided the best customer service and support for my company. From day one, Joe has been friendly, professional, and incredibly supportive. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure my crew has all the materials they need to complete our jobs efficiently. His dedication and responsiveness make a big difference in keeping our projects running smoothly. The entire team at the counter is just as impressive. Anytime I stop by to pick up parts, they’re welcoming, helpful, and quick to assist. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority for them. I highly recommend Joe and his team at Reece for anyone looking for reliable service, great communication, and a team that genuinely cares about supporting your business.”

“Very pleasant shopping experience for a homeowner (not a contractor or tradesperson). I needed a capacitor for my A/C. I called ahead and the guy found it for me on the shelf and told me the model number. I went in to buy it and it ended up being about 30% cheaper than Ace Hardware. Very good customer service at check-out. I was afraid they might treat me differently since I'm not a contractor, but they were attentive and patient. Highly recommended.”

“I had a great experience working with Stephen Gregory, the branch manager at Ferguson, along with his employee Jonas. Stephen runs a tight operation and it shows. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in leading a team that delivers results. You can tell right away that he cares about both the customer experience and the quality of service coming out of his branch. Jonas was just as impressive. He was helpful, attentive, and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. He stayed on top of the details, communicated clearly, and made the process easy. It’s not always easy to find a supply house that combines strong leadership with great customer service, but this team does it right. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional support.”

“I joined 3 years ago as a developer as my first developer job after changing careers from a completely different industry. I was instantly made to feel at home, the team I work in is full of genuinely great people and I've been supported at every step. I've had a few promotions in the past 3 years and it isn't uncommon to see people being promoted with decent pay rises. The job has been genuinely life-changing for me and I love what I do every day.”

“Furnishing an apartment is rarely stress-free, and when you walk into a store already frustrated about pricing and financing, expectations can be low. That was exactly how we felt walking into Aaron’s. We were already uneasy about using a rent-to-own service, especially knowing that the pricing structure is typically higher than traditional furniture stores. However, what could have been a frustrating experience quickly turned into a surprisingly positive one—thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Meoka Wilson Frances. From the start, Meoka immediately recognized our hesitation and took the time to ease our concerns. The credit system at Aaron’s can feel confusing and, at times, difficult to fully understand. We weren’t particularly fans of the process and were initially skeptical about whether it would even make sense for our situation. However, Meoka patiently walked us through each step, explaining the process clearly and making sure we felt comfortable before moving forward. Her approach wasn’t rushed or overly sales-focused. Instead, she genuinely listened to our needs and worked with us to find furniture that suited both our space and our comfort level. Getting approved brought relief, but what stood out most was how she stayed engaged throughout the entire process—from browsing selections to finalizing the paperwork. Furnishing an apartment can be overwhelming, especially when trying to balance style, functionality, and budget, but Meoka made the experience feel manageable. She took time to ensure we were satisfied with each furniture selection, offering guidance without being pushy. Her patience and professionalism made a noticeable difference, transforming what started as a reluctant visit into a productive and even pleasant experience. While we still believe the pricing at Aaron’s can be higher compared to traditional furniture purchasing options, the ability to get approved and walk away with the furniture we needed was ultimately the most important outcome. And truthfully, the level of customer service we received made the experience worthwhile. It’s not always easy furnishing an apartment, and we didn’t necessarily expect to return to Aaron’s. However, we would absolutely go back to work with Meoka again. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, she delivered above and beyond expectations. To Meoka Wilson Frances—thank you for your patience, professionalism, and outstanding service. You made a difficult process much easier, and that level of dedication deserves recognition. Keep up the exceptional work.”
