“We found this place through a Facebook Marketplace Ad. Upon reaching out, our questions were answered promptly and courteously. So, we visited the store the next evening. Visually, the storefront is not impressive. However, the service and prices were outstanding. We bought a dishwasher. Even though our home is 28 miles away, and the business typically delivers up to 20 miles away, we were not charged extra for the delivery, installation and removal of the old dishwasher. The price was below what competitors offer. Juan, our delivery person, did a fantastic job, from great communication, to testing the new unit to make sure it works properly, to a spotless cleanup job. I am a satisfied customer.”

“I can’t say enough good things! My initial call to ask for someone to check my washer was great. Buck with Andy’s Repair went above and beyond to look at my washer. He directed me to the best place to find a replacement which was Acceptance Appliance Centers. Duane was great at helping me find the best appliances for me. He made the whole purchase process easy and stress free. To have the appliances delivered Buck worked late on his birthday to have the appliances hooked up and operating before the holiday weekend. Acceptance Appliance Centers waited on him before closing to get the allliances. We have already spread the word about our experience. “I called ahead to ask about a part for my dryer not only did the man instantly know the part I was talking about and it's part number but he said they had it in stock when I arrived the man at the counter recognized my voice from our phone call and had the part waiting for me at the front I will never buy appliance parts from any other store except this one, five stars. But if I could give 10 I would friendly customer service quick in and out best interaction I've had in quite a while”

“When you run out of options at name brand stores, there's always a gem like this in a city. Came to Morrison Supply Company to get pipe insulation foam. I could not find them in home Depot and Lowe's; they had run out. This place had them in stock and in all sizes. I did not shop for anything else at the store but it looks like they have supplies for all kinds of pipe related things.”

I had shopped at Sara a decade ago, so he was able to skip some stuff based on my previous info. Scheduled the appliances for delivery 2 days later. I got my machines, sale and install were easy. Q put up with my constant nagging and misunderstandings and made me feel appreciated and important. I called ahead and the guy found it for me on the shelf and told me the model number. I went in to buy it and it ended up being about 30% cheaper than Ace Hardware. Very good customer service at check-out. I was afraid they might treat me differently since I'm not a contractor, but they were attentive and patient. Highly recommended.”
