“A week before Christmas, the hot water heater starts leaking. Our Bradford had gone out after 30 years of service, and we had to get a new one. I chose to go to Ferguson because they were a supplier and sold Bradford directly to the public (Usually you have to go through a plumber to get a Bradford). Elaine was extremely helpful, educating me on what I was looking for and what to watch out for. I did my best to get the modern version of our same model, and she had politely warned me I might want to opt for the tall model that is skinny if ours is in the attic (Apparently all Houston area suburb attic entries are similarly sized..) The measurements were similar enough that I went ahead and got the short one. They only had one in stock in a beat up box, so she cut it open to show it to me just to make sure I could see what I was getting. It was 1/4 inch off from fitting (They were right)... SO! I bring back the heater the Monday before Christmas and, true to her word, they took it back, no hassle, no issues. The service Elaine and the team at Ferguson provided was extremely polite, professional, and educative. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“I forgot his name. He is the assistant manager, young, possibly white with strawberry blonde hair. He helped me with advice for the best products when experiencing a clogged pipe. My concern was not wanting to buy something that didn’t work. He recommended a different product and gave me steps on what to do. Let’s just say my drain was unclogged before adding the solution. “I want to give 5 stars to Mr. Syed, who works in the bulb aisle. I came here last year to buy some bulbs. As I stood staring at the shelf, completely confused, he came over and offered to help. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I got exactly what I needed, and it wouldn’t have been that easy without him. Today I came back to buy several different bulbs, just like last time. Again, they all looked the same, with so many kinds and choices. Luckily, I saw Mr. Syed helping another customer. I went straight to him, and he politely and kindly helped me until I found everything I needed. I also forgot to bring a cart. He told me to wait and brought one over to me. My experience at Home Depot has been so pleasant and convenient because of his excellent customer service. He is the kind of employee who deserves to be Employee of the Year! Thank you!”
