The whole process was surprisingly pleasant. The associate that was helping me (Ethan) was incredibly patient and helpful and I couldn't be more satisfied with his assistance! “I really enjoy this bank. I have had idenity theft with my other bank. The bankers was able to help set me up with a new account. The wait time is never more than 2 minutes. Every branch that I have been to they all have been very helpful and a breath of fresh air after a long hard day at my job. No matter if I come to the bank at the last mintue they still take care of all of my banking needs.”
