Each time, the repair was completed in less than an hour, which was incredibly convenient. The staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, and they were completely honest about what did and did not need to be fixed. There was no pressure to upsell, no unnecessary add-ons just straightforward, trustworthy service. The pricing was more than fair, especially considering the quality and speed of the work. Both phones were repaired perfectly and have had no issues since. It’s refreshing to find a business that values honesty and customer trust as much as they do quality repairs. “I don’t remember the Names of the two girls (blonde with short hair and one With long black hair) who were working the other night, but they went above and beyond to help me and my parents switched over to Metro. They were very thorough and patient with my parents because they had a hard time understanding how the process works. They honestly had more patience with my parents than I Have with my parents, lol”
