“I cannot say enough great things about this Kroger pharmacy. The three pharmacists here consistently go above and beyond for their patients. Whether it’s calling insurance companies or reaching out to doctors, they take every step necessary to ensure their patients’ safety and care. Their dedication is truly unmatched.
This is one of the busiest Kroger pharmacies around, and with all the new rules and adjustments in place, it’s amazing how they still manage to provide top-notch service. They now have two drive-thru lanes, which means sometimes one person is juggling two patients at once talk about multitasking! The pharmacy technicians are some of the hardest-working people I’ve seen. Even during the hectic rush hours, they never make patients feel rushed. They’re always sweet, professional, kind, and incredibly smart.The entire team does their absolute best, despite the constant pace, and their positive attitudes are genuinely uplifting. They always strive to accommodate patients, even when medications are out of stock offering partial fills or alternative solutions to make sure no one goes without their medicine.
