“Customer service was magnificent! Justin helped me pick out my first pair of hoka shoes and he did an amazing job. He recommended inserts for my plantar so here I am giving them a whirl! You do have 30 days to come back and switch inserts to a different brand if you don’t like them. I really loved the feel of my hoka shoes and the support on my inserts are just what my foot needs for my all day standing job. I wore my new shoes out the store, super comfortable! This is hands-down the best spot to buy dancewear if you live in the League City, Friendswood, Clear Lake, or Kemah area! The staff is incredibly helpful and always makes sure you find exactly what you need. The merchandise is high-quality, and they carry a great variety of dance brands that are not only stylish but also durable.
It has definitely become my go-to place for dancewear and I’ve even found the perfect gifts for my dancer here too!”

“Great local dive shop! Got a refresher course here, rented gear multiple times, bought some gear, and learned a ton about scuba diving and gear from the staff here. Tons of very knowledgeable staff that are happy to help. Rented gear has always worked well for me. They do local dive adventures to lakes in the area I've been on that have been fun too! Haven't tried it yet, but they also offer larger organized scuba trips to many exotic places like the cayman islands.”

“Purchased the product online. While the product is great and the store is officially listed on Yonex site as authorized reseller. It’s definitely going to be my go to place for any badminton needs.
Couple of cons which will help with experience.
1. Online store needs better way to filter. Like not showing out of stock products.
2. Increase stock options. (I understand with sales it may not make sense to stock up. But as user. I would like more options)
3. Please please please mention your delivery terms. Your site says free shipping. But what’s the ETA. Will you ships next business, after one week, after two weeks? Etc. while I’m local Houston it took 3 days for delivery.

“SO SO SO CHEAP AND AMAZING QUALITY!! I got 4 pairs of Nike shorts for $7! And I got a vintage green Nike jacket for $15! Plus, I got White Nike Airforce 1 Shoes for literally $40! They were unused and everywhere else and online they are sold for $120!!!!! If you are on a budget and still want good quality or certain brands, don’t buy cheap, please please please go here.”
“They were very good at corralling me around the way to get in line. I had 2 items to return. One of the items was a heavy duty cot&a sleeping bag, I never got to use them during the long weekend. It was too hot to really go out&have an enjoyable time. However, they handled my return with a snap. I was surprised how easy&no squabbling. I just handed them the receipt &was in+out maybe 10 minutes. They handled it really well. They were an older man with dark hair that helped me&a younger lady with dark hair. They seemed really nice.”
“This was probably my best experience with Foot Locker. I was helped by a young man named Yimi. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. He had to do a lot of running around for us to find the shoes we wanted. In the end, they didn't have the shoe we wanted in the right size. This didn't stop Yimi from being helpful. He searched other stores in the area and gave us the address of one close by that had what we were looking for. Overall, the customer service was exceptional. We will definitely be back in the future.”
“This Dick’s Sporting Goods store is extremely well-maintained! It’s exceptionally spotless. The store layout is designed for easy browsing, but it can also be tough on your wallet. There are plenty of options for most items you’re looking for. The staff is helpful and not overly intrusive. The shoe system with the tablet is a fantastic way to check stock availability without needing to ask a staff member. Great place to shop for all of your sporting goods needs and wants.”

“I’ve been to this Dick’s Sporting Goods location many times, but this was hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had here. Connor went above and beyond helping my daughter find the right running shoes for her upcoming race — the 2025 Santa Hustle 5K in Galveston, Texas.
He took the time to listen, explain different options, and make sure the shoes truly fit and felt right for her, not just trying to make a quick sale. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about getting her set up correctly for race day.
