Unlike some stores (Academy), Bass Pro Shops has very professional employees and it is something you rarely see nowadays. I will definitely be back soon!”
“We had a great time on Christmas day with my nephew, and the owner Tan filled in to be a fourth for us. The facilities are fantastic and the ability to play 24/7 is amazing. There is an upscale court in it's own building, but we chose to play in the building with two pickleball and two badminton courts. The lighting is better in the main single court, but no problems playing on the other courts either. We'll be happy to come again when we visit. Thanks Tan!”

“The staff here usually pretty nice. It does get really busy on the weekends. The store is well maintained despite the rude patrons that refuse to put items back after viewing them. The only downfall for me is their shoe selection for larger feet.”
“I've never actually been in this store but we did do a curbside pickup. it was for a hanging punching bag we were driving through and hoping just to get it because our academy did not have one. it took 45 minutes and my husband going in and coming back out and waiting for them to bring it out. the academy where I'm from is much more customer service friendly and oriented. I hope this was just a bad day and not their normal service.”

“Went in on the hunt for running shoes and they had a good selection of name brand shoes at a discounted price that was roughly about the same price as online with a medical healthcare discount. The service we received was very friendly and the gentleman helping us out was very informative. We walked out confidently with our purchase and would highly recommend this store!”
