“We were having some major issues with a 1996 Chevy Z71. Craig was recommended by a friend, which we have found Craig to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He always takes time to explain what the truck actually needs and what can wait. He has never raised his quote on pricing and it is usually right to the penny. He always makes sure everything is fixed properly before releasing the truck and makes sure we are satisfied with it. I always feel confident knowing the truck has been fixed properly.

“I've used this shop twice in the last 6 months. Once, because I was stupid and tried to back out of my garage with my Tucson's hatch open, and more recently, because we were rear-ended on I-40. Jeff was great to work with, but the second time, my wife was floored. 1st, she noticed they washed the car. I mean, they were replacing the bumper, and there was some paint work listed, so I kinda got that. I was not expecting the interior to be cleaned, though.
That really made her smile (it's her car). They handled all the insurance stuff for me. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Top-notch business, top-notch personnel.”

Communication was fantastic as I was informed of all the steps in the repair process. When I picked up my car I was pleasantly surprised as they had it cleaned, it was cleaner than when I dropped it off! Overall 5 out of 5. Would highly recommend to anyone.”
