“Our daughter traveled from DFW to UNM after Thanksgiving and broke down late on Saturday night about an hour past Amarillo. After getting her car towed to Amarillo and attempting to get it repaired on Sunday to no avail, I turned to Yelp for help. I found a shop with great reviews for helping stranded travelers, especially on weekends. I fired off a message and accidentally turned it into a project which added Bryan's Auto and Body to my message. And it's a good thing because Bryan was the only response I ever got. He said they could definitely get it looked at, but it would be Monday. It didn't take long to see this was as good as it was gonna get. But it got better when, not only were they able to get it looked at on Monday, but were able to get the alternator and flywheel replaced on Monday. Melissa and Bryan were tremendously helpful. I drove up to Amarillo to get my daughter back to Albuquerque and was working with them through Yelp messages, emails and phone calls. I have a great mechanic in DFW that took me years to luck into, but managed to find the same level of service through Yelp in a faraway city through apps and phone calls when I didn't have a clue where to go. Thanks Bryan! Thanks Melissa! Thanks to the whole team at Bryan's Auto and Body for coming through with minor miracles in the midst of our little crisis far from home. You are greatly appreciated!”

“Best customer service ever. I showed up a week early (my mistake) and the guy at the desk said he’d try his best to get me in THAT day to work with my schedule. He has to source my back window from a local shop and then had me come in later that day. They got it all fixed up and we’re extremely nice about me showing up early. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Even came back later that day because Ford wouldn’t add my rear motor/wiper on and they did it for me. Thank you guys for making a crappy situation (entire window gone) way easier to deal with.”

“Overall I feel like my car was fixed well. It seemed to be a drawn out process to get to that point. I booked my drop off date 3 weeks in advance, so I expected my car to be seen relatively quickly after I dropped it off. I called a week after I had dropped off and they hadn’t even looked at my car. They knew I was paying out of pocket for a rental, so this was disappointing. I mentioned twice that I would also like to have a chip in my windshield repaired while it was there, and that was forgotten. The only thing my car needed was a new bumper and alignment, it took exactly 3 weeks (after waiting 3 weeks to be scheduled for a drop off date). I do like how they work closely with enterprise and make that part easy! The employees were kind, I just had higher expectations on service and timing.Service: Painting”
