“Highly rated for a good reason!! I went in because I thought my battery was part of my car's issues and was prepared to get a new battery. The gentleman there, David, checked out my battery and said it still had about 2 or 3 years left on it & that I had bad connections. They took care of that issue and I was in and out in 30 minutes! Very good people here!”
“My experience with being a customer of Camper Roundup has been exceptional. Dean walked me through ordering the 'topper' and thoroughly covered the many options that are available. When the top came in, the install was very professional as well as quick. The only issue was with my pickup. It had a spoiler type tailgate cap that would need to be replaced with a 'bullnose' type trim piece. He had tried to order it while my topper was being manufactured, but when his regular supplier didn't have one, he continued to check every supplier in the country, to no success. He informed me of the situation and told me he wouldn't quit looking for one and HE would even manufacture one himself, if that's what it took to make things right! I told him I would also try to find one and agreed to let the other know if/when one was found. There was not one to be found anywhere. After a year of looking, I literally just gave up on ever getting a tailgate cap. The topper door sealed fine against the tailgate and the appearance wasn't anything I couldn't get used to. WELL, Dean is a man of his word and 16 months after the purchase, I got a phone call from Dean. He finally located a cap for my tailgate and asked if I was still interested in one. Yes, yes and YES! I could hardly believe the tenacity of this man! He had it on order and called today to say he had it in his hand and when could I come in to get it! Even with the issue, Dean's effort, ethics and fortitude are uncommonly outstanding! I am a Camper Roundup customer for life!”
