“We have used this place twice recently. Friendly and professional service. Recommended to us by a tech at the local Toyota dealership. They are not fast. They pride themselves in getting the job done right, not on speed. Prices are reasonable. They are honest about your damage and what has to be done. On my pickup there had been previous minor accident repair. There was excessive wind and road noise from that area. Braden fixed that without charge. Highly recommend.”

I had no issue getting in and out, but the price markup on parts is far above what online Nissan prices quote, which makes it hard to support a local Nissan dealership if I can just order direct for less. “My experience with being a customer of Camper Roundup has been exceptional. Dean walked me through ordering the 'topper' and thoroughly covered the many options that are available. When the top came in, the install was very professional as well as quick. The only issue was with my pickup. It had a spoiler type tailgate cap that would need to be replaced with a 'bullnose' type trim piece. He had tried to order it while my topper was being manufactured, but when his regular supplier didn't have one, he continued to check every supplier in the country, to no success. He informed me of the situation and told me he wouldn't quit looking for one and HE would even manufacture one himself, if that's what it took to make things right! I told him I would also try to find one and agreed to let the other know if/when one was found. There was not one to be found anywhere. After a year of looking, I literally just gave up on ever getting a tailgate cap. The topper door sealed fine against the tailgate and the appearance wasn't anything I couldn't get used to. WELL, Dean is a man of his word and 16 months after the purchase, I got a phone call from Dean. He finally located a cap for my tailgate and asked if I was still interested in one. Yes, yes and YES! I could hardly believe the tenacity of this man! He had it on order and called today to say he had it in his hand and when could I come in to get it! Even with the issue, Dean's effort, ethics and fortitude are uncommonly outstanding! I am a Camper Roundup customer for life!”
