The staff was so very nice and helpful. One person noticed my overflowing basket and asked if she could go unload it for me and bring back the empty basket while I continued shopping.”

“PLEASE check that you've gotten a receipt when you check out! Seems the associate forgot to put the receipt in my bag and they have no way to resolve it. I assumed it was in the bag because I saw her put paper into the bag but it was just sales coupons. I came in as soon as I noticed (2 days after transaction) to try to get a receipt. They could not look up the transaction with my card or rewards account, although it has posted as pending to my card. The website says returns without a receipt might be eligible for JCPenney Merchandise card but apparently not at this store. Disappointed - I bought clothes for my husband for Christmas and we will have no way to exchange or return.
They were nice at the store but it's unfortunate that they couldn't do anything. I may try going to a JCPenney when I'm back home (traveling for work) - maybe I will have better luck.”
“The store manager and Erica were so helpful. I just had to do a DoorDash for a customer and many of the clothes were Clarence clothes so they were hard to find and they were awesome. They took care of me found all my items for me and it went super fast thank you so much.”
