“Just made a phone call to Kohl’s and Jaclyn took the call. We were in search of a food processor. Absolutely needed one immediately. Jaclyn didn’t mind making sure it was in stock before we made the drive to Kohl’s. We really appreciated how friendly and sincere she was as she went to make sure it was in stock! Then she let us know exactly where to go once we got there! Wow! Very thoughtful!! We just really appreciate how she handled our predicament in such a kind and thoughtful way!”

“Ross Dress for Less has great deals and beautiful clothes for all occasions. I always find something nice at a good price! The only downside was that there were only two cashiers working, so the line was a bit long. But the staff was friendly and worked hard to help everyone quickly. Overall, it was still a good shopping experience!”

“PLEASE check that you've gotten a receipt when you check out! Seems the associate forgot to put the receipt in my bag and they have no way to resolve it. I assumed it was in the bag because I saw her put paper into the bag but it was just sales coupons. I came in as soon as I noticed (2 days after transaction) to try to get a receipt. They could not look up the transaction with my card or rewards account, although it has posted as pending to my card. The website says returns without a receipt might be eligible for JCPenney Merchandise card but apparently not at this store. Disappointed - I bought clothes for my husband for Christmas and we will have no way to exchange or return.
They were nice at the store but it's unfortunate that they couldn't do anything. I may try going to a JCPenney when I'm back home (traveling for work) - maybe I will have better luck.”

“This Walmart allowed us to stay overnight in the parking lot in our 76 ft long truck,Rv,car hauler set up. It was so cold and snowing we are thankful for being allowed to pull off the road for a while and warm up and rest before heading back out towards Arizona.”

“Yes this really happened. No don't take this review seriously. Walmart itself did not have anything do to with the event that transpired. I didn't want to legitimately hurt ratings so I gave 5 stars.
That being said...
Long story short, we purchased a motorhome out of Canada (originally manufactured in the US but seller was from and had the unit in Canada). We flew to Canada, completed the transaction, and proceeded to drive home. We came to rest in the parking lot of the Walmart Super Center along I-40 in Amarillo as we have done many times before in other motorhomes we have owned. Being new to us we did not realize we did not actually get the door locked...until 2:30 in the morning when an unhoused self-medicated woman was stumbling over a couple of trash sacks in the kitchen area of the motorhome. Having one, flown and two, into Canada we were not armed but the woman responded rather quickly to very loud demands that she leave immediately. As one might expect, there was no going back to bed/sleep after that so we promptly started up and drove on off toward home. I have since discovered that there is a Love's RV stop nearby and I might be rather inclined to try that next time we are through the area at quittin time. Who knows, maybe the trauma will have worn off and I won't have any PTSD and we will stay at the Walmart again.
Walmart is great. It is not their job to provide security. We appreciate them allowing us and others to park there for a few hours of rest before getting back out on the highways.”

“I actually like this store simply because it’s literally around the corner and because the ladies at the register are all kind and friendly.
Other than that I’ve never seen more than one register open which sucks because the lines get long quickly and it wastes so much time.
I think the staff whether management or not need to be more considerate of customers and work as a team to service them and get them out the door quicker.”
