“Just made a phone call to Kohl’s and Jaclyn took the call. We were in search of a food processor. Absolutely needed one immediately. Jaclyn didn’t mind making sure it was in stock before we made the drive to Kohl’s. We really appreciated how friendly and sincere she was as she went to make sure it was in stock! Then she let us know exactly where to go once we got there! Wow! Very thoughtful!! We just really appreciate how she handled our predicament in such a kind and thoughtful way!”

“Prices are reasonable, employees are very helpful and friendly. I wish there were more cashers to check out and not so many self check outs. This would provide more jobs as so many people need jobs . More retired people are having to return to work to make a living as it is so expensive to live now days and teenagers have a hard time finding jobs .”

“Seemed like Everything was on sale. I could only find 1 fitting room on the other side of the store. And there are a couple of registers at one of the exits but not all of them. The folks there were very nice. Lots of parking in the parking lot. Nice quality of clothing.”

“I actually like this store simply because it’s literally around the corner and because the ladies at the register are all kind and friendly.
Other than that I’ve never seen more than one register open which sucks because the lines get long quickly and it wastes so much time.
I think the staff whether management or not need to be more considerate of customers and work as a team to service them and get them out the door quicker.”
“I love this walmart bakery and their custom cakes, always fresh and high quality. Cakes are always perfect and delicious. Whatever you do, dont let my husband carry out your cakes, he has the worst luck with birthday cakes, not even his own mother could trust him, as a child with handling cakes, he destroyed them unintentionally, he has really bad luck with cakes ?❤ and a shout out to the bakery manager, she is awesome.”

I'm disappointed the company felt that it was necessary to open during the coldest temperatures Amarillo has seen in a hundred years. But kudos to the loyal employees who persevered and made sure that those who needed supplies were able to obtain them. ?”
