“I went in this store looking for curvy girl friendly outfits for winter and I was so pleased with what i found. I will say they don’t have a huge plus size section but they do have nice affordable items. If you need any fall or winter items or if you really need to just chat with someone those girls are glad to do it! From the customer service to the attentiveness from the staff I was thoroughly impressed! Two of the staff members checked on me at least every 5 minutes and not one thing was held in my arm for more than a minute because they took my items out of my arms so i could shop more and enjoy my time! Wonderful customer service!”

“Wow! The Expression Factory Outlet was a great shopping experience. Walking in, things were neat, some things were being folded, everyone was doing tasks. Some associates were working with guests others were handling the day to day operations. I felt personally cared for and appreciated all the help the associates provided as I shopped for a dress. They got me a bigger size and even went as far as steaming out the wrinkles because I was attending the event and had no access to one. Jaramie was incredible, his customer service and friendly attitude are infectious. Thank you again for a wonderful shopping experience, the dress was perfect!”
“Had an awesome experience with Michael! I was shopping around for a cowboy hat as one does in the great state of Texas. Store was beautiful, well organized, clean, and had that amazing leather smell when you walk in. Michael was very accommodating and didn't make fun of me when i said i was from California haha. “Anna, Jordan, and Jadyn all helped my daughter and I on our recent visit. My daughter has a hard time finding clothes due to sensory/texture issues. I shop here often, and decided to take her in to see if she liked their new tween styles. Every associate treated her like she was the one spending money, and talked to her instead of myself on things she likes. I appreciated their attention to her and help in finding clothing that worked for her. We found many items and she left feeling great.”

“Quick and easy to find items.. they have items with tags on them from Gap and othe name brand stores. A family member thought the weather was going to be hotter. We stopped in at Kohls and their cheapest sweater was $20ish. We found a sweater at Platos's closet for $8 and then picked up a nice quarter zip with tags for $20. The selection is really nice.”

“The rustic leopard has a great selection of plus size clothing. The owner is also very nice and actually offered to exchange some jeans that I had bought 2 weeks earlier that had ripped already even though it was a manufacture error and not her own. This will definitely be my go to boutique, and the one i recommend to all my friends just based off the customer service and welcoming atmosphere! <3”
