Drury Inn & Suites Amarillo offers a comfortable and generally pleasant stay for guests. The hotel is easy to access from the highway, with clean, quiet rooms, especially on higher floors. Guests appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, along with secure building access after 10 pm and before 10 am. The hotel features amenities such as a heated spa, complimentary evening snacks and drinks, and a breakfast buffet with a good variety, making for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, contributing to a good night's sleep. The parking lot is well-lit and feels safe at night, and the hotel often provides a family-friendly atmosphere with breakfast, kickbacks, and afternoon drinks. However, some concerns have been noted. There are no designated handicap parking spaces, and the placement of handicap rooms at the far end of the hallway can be inconvenient, especially when hallways are blocked by housekeeping carts. Some guests also experienced unhelpful or unfriendly responses from staff regarding accessibility issues. Additionally, noise from slamming doors and gaps between doors and floors can be disruptive, and the driveway can be difficult to find due to the parkway-style road. Despite these minor issues, many guests would recommend the hotel and plan to stay again.
Another great stay at the Drury! The Amarillo location is the largest of the ones we’ve stayed, but all have been beautiful, clean, excellent customer service and perfect for a family.

Walls are somewhat thin so you can hear other guests moving about. Room was clean and tidy. TV remote is a bit dated and clunky. It's odd to complain about a TV remote but if that's all I'm complaining about, it's a good stay.

This was a great stop while traveling. Room was nicely appointed, our room had a balcony which was really nice. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful, variety of options. Staff very friendly!
