“Great breakfast. Very clean throughout the hotel. Front desk staff was friendly. Lobby had a pool table and connect 4 for the kiddos. Two queen bed room was good-even had a mini fridge (smaller than some hotels but we fit in a gallon of milk on its side. Rooms had hangers and ironing board. There would be no room for a play n pack or crib. Great location right off the freeway (but still quiet.) good parking-even if you’re bringing a moving truck.”

“Great hotel, great experience. Not haunted, which is disappointing, but the little snack area was awesome! The complimentary breakfast was nice. Nothing special, but the bacon was plentiful, crispy, and the OJ was the standard fountain stuff. Basically a great place to stay. Several great channels available, but over 70+ channels, nothing good was on, as usual. Wifi was fast enough to stream good stuff.”

“We have stayed here several times. Location and access is easy and convenient. Pull through are wide, long, and level. Clubhouse is big and clean. Too cold to use the pool, but it looks nice. Highly recommend staying here”
“We had a wonderful stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Amarillo. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming from start to finish, from the receptionist to the janitorial staff and everyone we interacted with. Their warmth and attentiveness really made our stay feel comfortable and pleasant.
Our room was clean, cozy, and well-kept, which we very much appreciated after traveling. The lobby was inviting with the bar being a nice surprise that added to the overall experience.
If we are ever staying in Amarillo again, we will definitely be choosing this hotel. Highly recommend!”

“Good rooms, good service. Never had any complaints. The location is close to the interstate and since Amarillo isn't that big, you're close to most things to do. The only thing is that you're near some slightly sketchy industrial and commercial areas but I've never had issues. I stay here every time I drive between Colorado and Texas and enjoy it every time.”
“The rate is awesome, the rooms are clean.
The reason for my room rating is that there was a patch in the floor of the shower that made me feel a little uncomfortable.”

“The manager was very friendly. The room was very clean. The water in the shower did not get hot but the bathroom was nice. The pool was perfect & the guy who keeps up with it was very nice, he does a good job! As well the dirty blonde woman in charge of breakfast today was very sweet & on top of her station! I was able to park close to the entrance & the stop didn’t take a single minute off of my trip from Colorado to Texas. Thanks to you all for accommodating me!”
“If you’re wanting a cozy, comfortable, and affordable place to stay- this is the place! My family and I always stay here when we come to Amarillo because the staff is so nice and helpful. They have a huge hot tub and swimming pool. The breakfast is delicious.”

“HIE is our go-to hotel, and this one was up to par. The room was quite spacious, and the two queen beds were comfortable. I like that they have both firm and soft pillows, so you can choose. The included breakfast was fine but just slightly off by HIE standards; there was no bacon and the gravy was thin. Still, as you can tell from the 5* score, we were happy with the stay.”

“I was hard up for a room. Everything in town was booked up. I came here and the lady at the front desk was extremely pleasant and understanding. I didnt know what to expect, but Im pleasantly surprised. The room is nice and clean. The location is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and stores. I will definitely stay here again.”
“I would love to give everything a 5-star rating, but sadly, my nonsmoking room didn't smell that way when I checked in. There wasn't anything that the staff could have done. The sauna was drained, and the spa wasn't operational. The carpet in our room had a very large tear in it, and the pipes in the shower moved when I turned it on and off.The desk manager was fantastic with our later check-in and was very accommodating by giving us information we might need immediately.The room was nice and cold for being in Texas. The indoor pool was nice and warm but very cloudy and burned badly when I got splashed in the face by the water.Overall the staff was amazing, the room was subpar, and the pool was a bit concerning.Rooms: The room was nice and cold for being in Texas, but smelled heavily of cigarette smoke when we got checked in (Growing up in the 90s it is a smell I know far too well.) The carpet had a very large gash in it near the 2nd queen bed. The shower was hot but the pluming was a bit sketchy. The shower head pulled out of the wall when we were trying to adjust the pressure by about an inch.”

“I've been staying at this location for years, though not weekly, but yearly. The key to any good service/hotel business is consistency. Each time I stay, it's the same, excellent. Carter and her staff are knowledgeable, and attentive. The rooms, clean and roomy. No problem at all recommending them to others and fair rates too.”

“This was neither business or pleasure. I was moving and we stopped for the nightRooms: Clean and plenty of room. Bed is firm.Noteworthy details: They don't leave those tiny bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion and the tiny skin drying soap bar. They have pump bottles attached to the wall. Didn't have to make coffee on the bathroom vanity either.”

“The service was really nice and the room was really clean. Stayed in a 2 queen and the beds were a little uncomfortable. Heavier people will sink a lot more and be more uncomfortable. Heard some slight road noise and was bothersome for light sleepers but not terrible. Overall had a really good stay!”

This was our first time at a staybridge and when we arrived their system showed they overbooked so they automatically upgraded us to a larger room at no additional charge. Room was great. Breakfast spread was the best I've seen in awhile. And the laundry facilities were very clean. I will definitely book again.”

“Truly are there any perfect Motels Hotels out there? Every one expects so much out of place the provide a service some meet the customers expectations some don't. At the end of my stay headed home feeling well rested and rejuvenated. The staff was amazing the room was clean with no odor or bedbugs. What else can we really expect? My needs and questions were met. I seen changes being made at this place constantly up until around 5 pm. All motels are governed by an owner if they have good management skills you will see it in the quality of service right away... I heard some really good ideas during my stay here these ideas will definitely bring me back in the future.”

“We had a great time here! The staff was willing to help with anything and everything. When one is traveling out west they must forgo the finer things in life but isn’t that part of the fun? Any missing amenities are made up for with the great cowboy culture atmosphere and you can get a beer at the big Texan and not have to worry about driving home. It’s very easy to get back on the road too! Stop at Buckees or loves to fill up on gas if you’re coming from out east so you can hit the road the next day. From Buc-ee’s you don’t even need to get back on the highway but we did, it’s the next exit over.”
