“Wow! The Expression Factory Outlet was a great shopping experience. Walking in, things were neat, some things were being folded, everyone was doing tasks. Some associates were working with guests others were handling the day to day operations. I felt personally cared for and appreciated all the help the associates provided as I shopped for a dress. They got me a bigger size and even went as far as steaming out the wrinkles because I was attending the event and had no access to one. Jaramie was incredible, his customer service and friendly attitude are infectious. Thank you again for a wonderful shopping experience, the dress was perfect!”
“Had an awesome experience with Michael! I was shopping around for a cowboy hat as one does in the great state of Texas. Store was beautiful, well organized, clean, and had that amazing leather smell when you walk in. Michael was very accommodating and didn't make fun of me when i said i was from California haha. Knowing nothing about hats, sizes, or purposes he had me trying on all different types to best suit my needs. Been into multiple shops looking for a while and Michael was definitely the most informative. Look forward to my next visit in Amarillo. Thanks Michael!”
“So this is a popular spot for us to stop at when we are in town, great stores and some many cute things to do here. We are not familiar to having a sonic in a mall; so the last thing we do is get us an slushie and pour it in our to go stainless cups. Great spot to chit chat and catch up with friends and family. We will be back again!”
“Sadly, I am forgetting the name of the manager (might have been Chantel?) but she and Keely (hope I’m spelling that right) took such great care of me while I was buying some gifts for my nephew. For some reason, two of the items I was buying were not showing up in the system, and they found a way to make it work so that I was able to purchase them and be on my way. They were extremely friendly, and when I noticed a button on Keely’s lanyard that I loved, they looked it up to see that there was one left and dug through the seemingly endless button bin to try to find it for me. They never did, and I had resolved that I would look at up and find it somewhere online, but then Keely gave me the one she had on her lanyard… It was so sweet and even though it’s just a button, that act of kindness meant so much to me. In the midst of how long and patience-testing my transaction was, they remained kind and help and I cannot sing their praises enough!”

“Quick and easy to find items.. they have items with tags on them from Gap and othe name brand stores. A family member thought the weather was going to be hotter. We stopped in at Kohls and their cheapest sweater was $20ish. We found a sweater at Platos's closet for $8 and then picked up a nice quarter zip with tags for $20. The selection is really nice.”

“Just made a phone call to Kohl’s and Jaclyn took the call. We were in search of a food processor. Absolutely needed one immediately. Jaclyn didn’t mind making sure it was in stock before we made the drive to Kohl’s. We really appreciated how friendly and sincere she was as she went to make sure it was in stock! Then she let us know exactly where to go once we got there! Wow! Very thoughtful!! We just really appreciate how she handled our predicament in such a kind and thoughtful way!”
“We have a subscription for Dog food for every two weeks and this week we needed it sooner due to running out and the manager Shane and delivery driver Cory went above and beyond for us by taking the time to deliver to us earlier instead of picking it up. They always have the best service and people.”
