Usually can't find ones that fit well, but an employee (Elijah If I remember right) came up and helped with my measurements and finding a right fit which is usually a nightmare with wide feet. Boots are working great now, thanks for the nice shopping experience”

“The quality and fit of Beck Boots is excellent. I have a very hard time finding off the shelf boots that fit. Not a problem with Beck Boots. Use their sizing kit and you will get a pair of boots made just for you. I had an issue with the arch in my boots and I contacted Jeremy and he had me send them back, they adjusted them and upon receiving them back they are perfect! Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!!”

“Had an awesome experience with Michael! I was shopping around for a cowboy hat as one does in the great state of Texas. Store was beautiful, well organized, clean, and had that amazing leather smell when you walk in. Michael was very accommodating and didn't make fun of me when i said i was from California haha. Knowing nothing about hats, sizes, or purposes he had me trying on all different types to best suit my needs. Been into multiple shops looking for a while and Michael was definitely the most informative. Look forward to my next visit in Amarillo. Thanks Michael!”

“Her Name was Jennifer im not sure if she was the store manager but by the postive attitude and joy she showed to her team surely she is. I cant say enough about how helpful she was with her knowledge of product and willingness to help me shop and help with my toddler was outstanding. She took him when she seen i was overwhelmed carried him to a coloring table and let him sit and color she kept assuring me he is fine feel free to look and not worry she continued to help every customer with the same positive attitude her welcoming hellos and small conversation clearly some were regulars. Will definitely recommend and will be back she also helped me save lots by opening a card and tell me the wonderful perks.”
“Last week I stopped by the store and had a really positive experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and took the time to assist us even though we initially couldn’t find the exact pair of shoes she was looking for. Instead of just letting us leave empty-handed, they patiently showed us a few other options and helped us compare styles.
Thanks to their effort, we ended up finding a pair of shoes she really liked. They also informed us about some upcoming shoe releases that closely resemble her basketball team shoes, which we really appreciated. That extra bit of information showed they genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit.
Overall, it was a great experience and the customer service stood out. Manager Cooper and the team are doing a great job creating a welcoming and helpful environment. We’ll definitely be coming back again.”

I would rather go inside and try on shoes since different styles fit differently as far as sizing goes. They have a huge selection and great prices. “I went into the store for my son to get him some shoes and a sale rep name Mel/Melvin who was an older gentleman was extremely helpful. I had a couple of questions and he went above and beyond to help me understand what I needed. I was truly grateful to have someone to help me and made the experience rather good ? when I got to the register I asked to talk to management about how he was very professional and made sure to give him a compliment. The management on duty was Andrea I believe, and she was very professional as well. Wouldn't mind coming back and continue doing business with the company. Overall great experience.”
