“I had an amazing experience there today! I saw that they had a 3 tier book planter and i was interested in finding a low maintenance plant to put in it. The 2 staff members there were so helpful and they were so friendly! Customer service was top notch and to top it off, they offered to pot the beautiful house plant i bought. “There’s an employee named Magic (Mike), who was absolutely phenomenal. He spent extra time to help teach me about an outdoor faucet I was trying to fix that wasn’t turning off. He was very much a “dad type” but absolutely patient and wonderful explaining it all to me. Never once made me feel d*** or silly for not knowing. He was helpful and kind. The kind of person who obviously wants a customer to succeed in fixing whatever they are trying to do. I wish more employees were more like him.”

“After fighting with GE on a warranty issue for 14 months for my mother in law, I called and asked for the manager at the Home Depot she bought it at and literally spent 10 minutes on the phone with the manager, Amanda and automatically felt validated and heard.
