This whole store of employees are very knowledgeable and courteous to all. The guys here were a big help when a bad alternator was limped in, the old alternator got out of the parking lot, swapped for a new one and back on the road after a jump. A young lady went far and beyond to help with burned out license plate lights, literally removed all the panel from the back, purchased the clip remover and changed the bulbs out, got a bad situation fix. The young man did not lift his eyes from a phone. Usually employees are busy visiting with customers but should be talking less and waiting on customers. Very satisfied customers appreciate the wonderful and helpful O'reilly's.

Most generally they have what I need, or one of their other stores has it. Or of course I can order it. With their big warehouse in Lubbock it usually doesn't take long.
