Branson went above and beyond searching for them, called me back, told me where to go, and I was able to purchase them at another location. Branson provided incredible customer service! Very thoughtful! Great store!”

The gentleman there, David, checked out my battery and said it still had about 2 or 3 years left on it & that I had bad connections. They took care of that issue and I was in and out in 30 minutes! “I went in this location earlier this week to get my phone fixed which was great and everything but when one of the guys cashed me out I noticed another guy was just on his laptop playing games while the guy who helping me was getting me taken care of and also recommended some car batteries for some of my vehicles i wish i got their names i love when workers are helping me and not playing on their games while working to me its unethical and unprofessional i hope next time i need to come here i dont see anything like that but other than that it was a great experience for me and i even got a battery replacement for me car and it works perfectly now!!!”

“I visited Oreillys yesterday on 12/9/2025 looking for “fluids” for my vehicle. I had no clue on what fluids I needed (I’m just a girl ?) I just knew that my car was seeming as if it wanted to run hot. A cool guy named Ben assisted me. He helped me find the fluid that I needed which was Antifreeze, whole time I thought antifreeze was the stuff in the can and he corrected me and told me that, that’s called Freon… oops ? however once he got me the items that I needed, he went the extra mile and put them in my car for me. “My son and I had to come in here due to a brake light being out prior to my son’s driver’s test. We walked in and were greeted by a young man named Zay. He was super helpful as we were on a time crunch. Since the DMV was in pretty close vicinity, Zay was very familiar with this nonsensical crisis. He helped us get what we needed and was super helpful and friendly. We were on our way back to the DMV in about 15 min. Thanks to him, we made it back and passed the test! Thank you, Zay!”

Took an hour or so for, I was able to get up there and get the battery. Whenever I got there, the battery was already sitting on the counter with the receipt stuck to it. Staff was extremely friendly and offered to put the battery in for me. Just good customer service.”
