I recently had to travel to Arlington Texas for a cheer meet for my daughter and got a flat tire just on the outside of Amarillo I was able to change the tire to my spare tire and limp on in and have It checked out. They were able to repair my tire and inspect all the other tires and informed me I'm going to need a new set soon. They got my car done brought up to the front door I was prepared to my bill when the employ handed me a paper and said here you go sir you are all set to go. I replied do I not owe you anything? He replied no sir have a safe trip and maybe see when you need a set of tires. This has to be one of the most courteous and professional company's I have ever delt with. Keep up the good work. “I can't say enough wonderful things about Panhandle Tire and Service. We had a steer tire blowout on I-27 in between Lubbock and Amarillo on our Class A Motorhome. We called Panhandle on a Saturday after hours and they picked up their phone, had our tires and rim in stock (our rim was damaged during the blowout) and called to check in with us frequently giving us status updates on when the repair man would show up. He changed both our front tires on the side of the road, including mounting a new tire on a new rim, and we were up and running again.They went above and beyond to take care of us and we are so grateful for them responding so quickly during a scary situation for us. Everyone was safe and we drove away with minimal damage to our RV from the blowout.Thank you Panhandle!!”

“I have nothing but good to say about this company. We had a flat tire on our 5th wheel and had to use our spare. We called to see if they had these tires as they are hard to find. They didn't carry this tire but gave us a phone number of another local company that sold Good Year. 3 Hours later we had a complete blow out. (Our tires are less then 1 year old) We now have no spare. We contacted Good Sam and was told they couldn't find a technician and a tire from the same store and we would have to be towed. We were 40 miles west of Amarillo and after sitting on the side of the road for 2 hours we received a message from good sam stating they could not find a tow truck to tow us in. I started calling around and found 1 tire in Amarillo and I called Back this company and explained again my situation and they went beyond the call of duty and went and picked up the tire that I was able to purchase over the phone from another local tire store and drove out 100 miles round trip total and took the blown tire off the rim, took the new tire and put it on the rim. I could not have asked for better service from this company. Thank you Jesse, Shawn and Chad for going the extra mile when a bad day was stowed upon us.”

“The cost of two new tires and the installation was only $115 and they got it done in under 30 minutes. The manager explained that they are also tire makers, so the tire sales are wholesale compared to the mark-up people pay at Discount Tire or Meineke. Additionally, they have a nice waiting room that is completely away from the sales floor with a large-screen TV that plays normal television (not a looped corporate DVD). I've never stopped at this place before because it never seemed busy, but the reason for that is that the building was a bus depot back in the 1960s so they have numerous bays. The cars they fix are inside being fixed rather than stacked up waiting for a bay in the parking lot. In addition to tires, they provide state inspections and are full-service mechanics that do almost everything (the exception being major engine or transmission repair). I got my car inspected and did not feel taken advantage of by someone trying to push unnecessary repairs. This is now my go-to repair shop.”
