“I went in to rent a truck and there was a gentleman there by the name of Brian and his attitude was so genuinely upbeat and positive and just have a great day it was unlike anything I've seen anywhere around here in Amarillo and I absolutely loved it it made me like that place and I probably will never ever go there but if I ever need anything like that I know where I'm going it was just too great of an experience just to meet that gentleman.”

“Excellent Service!
Had a breakdown at 3am. Service Tech (Emanuel) met us at the facility. Diagnosed problem, secured need parts, and at 8am started and finished needed repairs quickly. And even being called out at 3am.. then coming in and trying to complete the work quickly, he was very kind and apologetic for our delays.
So an additional ☆☆☆☆☆ for Emanuel.”
“Picked up a car that was requested in advance for a work trip. They were slightly busy with 3 people ahead of me, but my wait was not very long overall. Matt Purvis (Management Trainee) helped me out and was very kind, personable, helpful, and quick. Note, even though "Truck Rental" is in the name, they do offer car rentals, too.”
