“Nice clean establishment. If it's the same place that I have visited as a kid until now , that's from the 1960's til 2023. Clean restroom. Knowledgeable staff. I recommend this historic establishment to anyone traveling I-10 East.”
“Stopped at interstate 10 eastbound exit 819. Everything looked liked the 70s and 80s, but current remodel. 2022 items look like 1970s items.Late breakfast. Leggo waffles flavored pop tarts and chocolate milk.Didn't stop at interstate 10 westbound exit 819. Outside looked completely 2022.”

“Came here because I had to take my cat to a vet in Nederland. I had the absolute worst day after finding out my cat was really ill and needed surgery. I drove 2 hours from Houston area to the vet and was on my 2 hours back and stopped here for gas. I didn’t eat all day because I was stressing, crying, and busy. When I came in here it smelt so good from the food they were cooking. They didn’t have out what I wanted off the menu but the cook offered to make me it fresh. It was fast and a small thing that made me feel better on a difficult day. He didn’t have to but still offered and was kind. So was the cashier! This place was clean and had little souvenirs and lots of options. Truthfully I came to this exxon in hopes the gas was cheaper than the place across the street (it wasn’t) but I’m glad I came here nonetheless because it was a great experience!”
