The staff really can't do much because AT&T really has them locked down. Limited stock on cheaper phones and we always have to call the customer service line or go to another store to resolve our issues. That is another story.

So my son decided to put my phone number on his phone when setting up his new phone -which was delivered early!! Our tech was Manuel in the Angleton location! What a professional gentleman! He deserves a raise!!!
