“I went to 3 mechanics prior to SS Motor Trendz . All I'm gonna say is I'm completely satisfied and I wish I would have went to them first. It was an easy decision That after I left SS Motor Trendz Should anything else go wrong I'm definitely going to return. I know I got great work because my car is driving like a brand new car almost. It is a 10-year-old car with a 160000 miles on it And with that said. I do recommend Anyone in the Southeast Texas area to do business with these people because it's family owned and operated and Jerry is a great guy and knows what he's doing.”

I called Dan based on his excellent Google reviews. He said he would look at her car right away if she could limp it over to his shop. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed the next day at a reasonable price. All around an excellent experience, and I feel like Dan was trustworthy.”

Ok so I'm re-reviewing my first review because I feel like I left negativity on a partial understanding on a already really bad day. However, after returning and getting clarification to what had happened I realized that my bad day lead me to not understanding the whole situation because I really didn't listen after I heard "failed" to minor issues. Literally....minor issues. And that's bad judgement on my part, and for that I do apologize. I understand they have a job to do and probably have to put up with a$*holes all-day for doing so ...however after going back today, they really do do a great job, quick and I actually love that what people have to say about their business means something to them and it matters because a lot of places don't. And I respect the hell out of her for caring. I'm leaving my initial review up to show what I mean by me being a jerk because I really was and I should not have taken it out on them, especially like I said before for them doing their job. I apologize and appreciate everything. Thanks!

I thought this was going to be a good place to go. I was The fourth person there there was three dudes ahead of me and then there was me. The lady passed one of the trucks and then with the other two dudes she came in and told him that it wasn't going to pass. She could either give him their money back or she could go ahead and fail them and they had 15 days so they got their money back. With mine she took my truck to the back and she took forever and then when she came back she told me she failed me because of my tires and the gas cap didn't even give me the option like she gave them. So basically if you're a lady don't go there if you have any little tiny thing wrong but if you're a dude go for it. She'll cut you a break.”

“I called late yesterday to get an appointment to have my skid control ECU reprogrammed due to a recall. Dakota gave me a 9:30 appointment this morning (yes, less than 18-hours after my call) and I was on my way in an hour. Even though the waiting room was very comfortable, I spent a little while looking at new cars. Much to my surprise, I wasn't ambushed by several gung ho salespeople. I'm pretty sure this is my new go-to place for new cars and service.”
“My wife had a flat at 35/Spur 28. She pulled over by the gas station and called JD’s Tire. Someone arrived on site within 15 minutes, took the tire, and returned with a tire and promptly put it back on. Service like this is very rare today, and I am grateful. The service man was kind and polite. I cannot say enough good things about this business establishment. Excellent service!”
