“I went to the AT&T Store at West Town at S. Desert Pkwy & Artcraft. Right away Victoria asked if she could help me. I had just seen her enter the store with carry out food which was her lunch. I told her to go eat her lunch first, and I would wait. She insisted on helping me immediately and eating her lunch later. I traded in my old phone for a new one. Victoria was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and courteous.
