“I went to the AT&T Store at West Town at S. Desert Pkwy & Artcraft. Right away Victoria asked if she could help me. I had just seen her enter the store with carry out food which was her lunch. I told her to go eat her lunch first, and I would wait. She insisted on helping me immediately and eating her lunch later. I traded in my old phone for a new one. Victoria was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and courteous. I have been to quite a few AT&T stores over many years in Atlanta and Austin, but this was the most positive, enjoyable experience I've had! Thank you, Victoria and AT&T!”

“Today I came into Metro store at Sunland park park and Mesa beforehand I called the store a week before and spoke with a nice young man named Muhammad who basically informed me that I could get two phones brand new and two lines for 65 a month. I waited until my time with another carrier was paid and then I came into the store and saw Muhammad in person at 10:00 a.m. when the store opened and Muhammad greeted me with open arms and the handshake and we discussed his plan that I mentioned above. He mentioned that all the photos and phone numbers and things on my old phones would be transferred to the new phones. We both accomplished that bye bye 1:00 p.m. because of the sheer volume a photographs and phone numbers there were some technical difficulties with my Facebook account but we saw that. I left the store with two brand new phones fully functional and with both Facebook applications running perfectly due to his professionalism and his patience. I am very pleased with the new plan we have and I am very pleased with Mr Muhammad and I feel that he is the person that God sent in our life to do this phone transaction. Please make him the office manager and give him a raise because he deserves it”

“Chris helped us out tremendously- when the Hondo Pass location dooped my 84 year old mother into believing she could get internet coverage at her home. After verifying her address twice, the man convinced her to bundle her internet with a new phone! She also had trouble with the 800 number when she called to get help with the Internet. They convinced her to get a family plan, which would speed up her Internet - LIES!! But Chris was able to help and got the 800 number involved.
