“I visited the Missouri city Kohls store and was rewarded with a great experience. The store made an impression me. It was spacious clean and efficient. I made my purchase but noted that my shirt collar had a permanent bulge. I wore it and also got it drycleaned to see if the press will correct it. It did not. I returned it to Kohls. They understood. And helped me with return. They also conveyed a cash voucher towards my next purchase. The personnel at the desk and the manager were most cooperative and understanding which makes being a patron of Kohls a great deal.”

“My partner and I were in a time crunch trying to find the right dress for her for our reception. I didnt catch the two young ladies names working there but I went between 1 and 2 pm on 11/19/25. We had found a nice dress but it had a stain on it. These two young ladies not only tried to get the stain out but also searched the system for a replacement at other locations - and offered a discount! Talk about customer service!!! They did it all with a smile and we never once felt we were putting them out, although we were in hindsight ?. We ultimately went with another option from another store but I had to document their kindness and impeccable customer service. We'll be back if we are ever in need of a quality dress with quality service ❤️.”
