“Nice facility, for practicing hardwood sports it is a great place!
Restrooms are basic. They do a have waiting area for in between usage as this place is has constant groups using it.
It is short of amazing how a facility in the middle of nowhere has so much traffic.
The reason it doesn’t get 5 stars, there isn’t anything for 10-15 minute drive to the closest gas station, food, etc.”

“I highly recommend Unicus Athletic / CrossFit Argyle for anyone! As a CrossFit gym owner across town, I’ve recommended this gym to many former members moving to the area and I was finally blessed to visit myself last week for a great early morning class. Sparkling clean facility set on a ranch with beautiful morning sunrise views, great people, coaches, and equipment! If you’re in the argyle area, you have to check out Coach Braden over at Unicus. He’s been helping others for so many years, we’ve all lost count!”

“I was new to High Fitness. This has been a great way to jump in and be very supported. In the class you alternate between cardio and toning moves. The moves are fun and your heart rate is definitely elevated. Tanya, the instructor, is friendly and courteous. I feel great after every session!”

“Exactly what it says it is. Fair price. 24 h open. No bullsh*t. No contract or monthly renewal. Can even pay on the website and setup your fingerprints yourself at the door.Appreciate this is available. I used to go into Flower Mound and lifetime fitness but they’re vultures.Dumbbell up to 150 lb2 squat racks.Lots of kettlebellsRopesOnly suggestion is the cardio equipment could be updated as they’re the same I used in college 25 years ago and one is out of order.”
