“Great facility and nice staff! Only complaint is the members who don't wipe down machines after use and the members who use the circuit room as their personal workout so stay on equipment longer. The goal of the circuit is to follow in order so this messes up others work outs!”

“Hi, I’m looking for a gym and scrolling around and noticing a trend. When you go to the “photos” section of any establishment may it be Planet Fitness, Anytime Fitness, Family Connections Academy, etc. you get hardly any photos of the actual gym. Maybe a glimpse or a piece of equipment or a mirror selfie. If you are someone posting photos like that in the photo sections of any establishment… in the kindest way possible please stop. Im not looking to see how far you ran on the treadmill or how sweaty you are after your workout but instead the quality of the gym and possibly the equipment the gym has to offer. There’s tons of places to post photos like that but the photos section on a businesses front page isn’t one of them. Regardless this gym looks great from what I can see and I hope to check it out in the near future. Possibly not if this mentality isn’t something y’all go for but it’s how I feel lol.”

“Fantastic.Didn’t go at a busy time. Was able to work all the areas I wanted to work.The only addition I wish they had are phone holders up on top of the cardio machines in case you wanted to watch your phone. Frivolous, but would be beneficial.Staff was courteous and attentive.Now that I know where the bottle filler is, I’m all set.”

“Wow! exceptional staff. I came across this place exploring my new town. I was looking for a good workout other than just going to the regular gym like I have been for a while now. The staff and facility exceeded my expectations, they are always friendly but will definitely push you to improve with every workout. The workouts change daily so it is never boring and always a new challenge. I really can not say enough about how great they are, if you are looking for a challenging, engaging and honestly fun workout you should give them a try.”
