“I had the pleasure of spending a brisk three weeks in the north Dallas area, and I'm thrilled to report that my journey found an unexpected treasure - CrossFit Flower Mound. This place really does have it all. The coaches? First-rate! The facility is fantastic too, impeccably clean with an all the equipment necessary to train. Whether you're an elite competitor or new to the sport of CrossFit, they've got all you need to succeed. But the heart of CrossFit Flower Mound is the community. It was a joy to be surrounded by people who cheer you on, share their friendship, and even suffer alongside you through those killer WODs.In short, my stint at CrossFit Flower Mound was fantastic. It's not just a gym, it's a community, and a place where you leave a little better than when you walked in. If you're ever around, give it a shot. You won't regret it!”

“I am in LOVE with HotWorx! I've been attending another workout for the past year and made the switch recently. It already has made a difference on how I feel. The infrared sauna and the health benefits sold it for me. The staff is also very friendly. Try it. You'll love it too!”

“Amazing 1 hour workouts led by true subject-matter experts in personal training. The combination of rowers, treadmills and weight/resistance training hits all aspects of a health and longevity-focused workout program. I've tried 5 very good health/training clubs in the area, but OT is my choice, hands down. Coach Leroy, Coach Ashley and Haley make coming to Orange Theory Flower Mound worth every minute! They are helpful, encouraging and have your best interest at heart. I highly recommend OT. ?”

“I love my Row House workouts. Amy, Kimmy and Sarah are my favorite teachers. They push you hard and help you grow. It is a fantastic low impact, full body workout. Highly recommend.”

“I really enjoy this place. It's too common that you pay a lot for kids' gym/swimming/music and get just an okay instruction. Not here! It really seems like all the coaches teach well and have positive energy. If you're having any issues, the front desk staff will try to work with you and listen to you. They're very accommodating. The space for the parents is very limited and that's not my favorite, but overall, this is an excellent choice for gymnastics.”

“I've been to 5 other gyms over the last 5 years and this is hands down the best gym I've been to. No need for me to look further. Has a ton of equipment and always clean.”

“We had my son's birthday here and it was the best birthday experience yet!Leading up to the party, Win Kids provided great communication and offered helpful reminders.Once time for the party, party aides met me at the car with a rolling cart to help unload and immediately started setting up the party. I planned games for the kids which the aides orchestrated. They monitored and interacted with the kids the whole time they played in the gym. They had game suggestions as well and made sure I got a group photo. When it came time for a pizza and cake, the aides took the initiative, rounding everybody up to sanitize their hands and go to our party room. They served all the food and drink. Then when the party was over they cleaned up and helped us load all of our packages. The aides were amazing!Win Kids wasn't crazy and chaotic like other gyms and trampoline parks we have been to where they just let your kids go run around the entire park. This was smaller and less chaotic, which was important to me with a group of toddlers - 7-year-olds.We had plenty of space for our group of 30, including a wheelchair in the party room and the gym itself wasn't overflowing with too many kids in one place.I have zero complaints HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”

“I joined burn about a month ago and it’s already changing my life! I go 4-5x a week and push myself every day. I’ve never been self motivated at the gym which is why I decided to join Burn. Working out and getting stronger with other people who are in it with me is the motivation I needed to start seeing some major results both physically and mentally! I look forward to going to camp, meeting friends and being part of the amazing community at Burn! I love all the trainers, the workouts are challenging but attainable and best of all I am losing weight, getting stronger and becoming a happier me. ?”

“Great gym. Huge, way bigger than other gyms. Loads of cardio equipment, free spinning, yoga and other classes. Pickleball court. Squat racks, deadlift areas, cable machines and free weights. Tanning and massage beds too. Very clean. Used to not be as clean but they fixed that. Still takes a while for machines to get fixed when out of service. Only one assisted pull up machine and its been out of service for a couple of weeks.”

“The price is high. The service is great in general. Their swim school is very underwhelming. They barely use half a full length for the advanced kids, and most teachers are about 17 and immature. It's a random lifeguard who didn't know they were teaching that day or that lesson. The teacher was chatting with a lifeguard on duty half of the time, not even looking at my kid's swim, and I never saw any instruction on how to move the arm, legs, body, nothing. At the end, they just say, "He's doing great.". You have a beautiful facility and I am already a member. If you redo your program and hire real teachers, a lot of members will choose to have their kids learn there instead of outside swim schools like most people currently do.”
