In order to get them insured, we needed recent appraisals. Gabby took care of us when we came in. We left the pieces with her and within five days, the appraisal was done. But the stone fell out less than a week after buying it, and I work 60+ hrs a week in DFW. The owners unwillingness to exchange the ring didn’t offer or give me my money back or wait. Three months to get it fixed, and that’s just not acceptable.
