“Someone referred me to Jose for my AC issues. I'd been driving around for nearly a year without AC and it turns out the AC button was not engaged. While I was thoroughly embarrassed and frustrated that I'd been driving around in this 107 degree weather with no AC all because some button wasn't pushed, I strongly appreciated Jose's honesty. As a female, I always worry about being taken advantage of when it comes to vehicle repairs, so I appreciate Jose's integrity. I definitely recommend him for any of your vehicle repair needs.”
“Just wanted to take a moment to shout out Spencer's Auto Repair in Krum. Had an oil leak from above the oil pan. Worried it may be the rear main seal but turned out to be the valve cover leaking. Their service advisor Jessica got me in first thing yesterday morning, greeted me with a huge smile, and had my name as well as several other customers' names on a standing chalkboard welcoming us to the shop. Nice touch. Their technician Jeremy diagnosed within an hour and texted me the issue as well as the details of a safety check they do to all vehicles. Parts were ordered and the repair complete by 4:00. Fair price as well. Jessica sent several text messages keeping me updated throughout the process. It was an amazing experience. I chose Spencer's as the business appeared in several posts on the Robson Newbies FB page...all with good reviews. I highly recommend trying them out for any auto repairs you may need.”

“Needed an A/C recharge for my 04 Buick Century. Never had it recharged before, but eventually they need it. It only has 62k miles and I keep it pristine. You could literally eat a heated muffin off the valve cover; it is that clean. Carl, the owner, was honest and didn't jack me around about putting A/C Dye in the system to make a mess, check for a leak, diagnostic service and the other garbage 5 other shops pretty much insisted on forcing on me, to get it recharged. It is a 20yo car. It is normal to need a recharge periodically.
Carl took good care of my old car, Recharged it, put a little A/C oil in the system, kept everything clean, talked to me about what was needed and now it is like new. It is, freezing me out of it, if I don't keep the fan on low.

“I have taken my vehicles to Robert (AllGoodAuto), for several years now and I highly recommend them to anyone reading these reviews. There are so many automotive shops that prey on the ignorance of their customers, overcharge for work, upsell things that are not needed, and are just generally dishonest. I can say with all sincerity that I don't know of any other shop in this area that I trust even remotely as much as I trust All Good and I don't even shop around any longer.”

“Had to give it some time for the review but after driving for 4 months no issues with the rebuild transmission. He charges cheaper than anybody else I know in town. Pam was very nice and helpful to me. They did offer a ride for me but I kindly did decline. Only thing to complain is Pam had stint surgery so Harold was not himself one day as I did show up to pick up the vehicle to be told it was a cash transaction when I thought it I can write a check. I tried to offer him a check, but it I was told to come back the next day to pickup my vehicle. Luckily this town has Gozone, only wasted $1.50. Overall for the price and his work, I was able to drive out of state with it with no issues and got where I needed to go. They can divide your payment in half and where you put half down and pay the rest after the vehicle is done, so at least they can work with the payment plan that way. Highly recomment to go to him if you are looking for a rebuilt.”

“Brought my car here for a second opinion after another transmission shop told me I was most likely looking at a transmission replacement. I'm still not entirely sure what caused the issue, but these guys actually took the time to look into it instead of immediately trying to sell me a transmission. They checked the fluid, found no metal or signs of burning, and explained that the code was stored in the car's history but wasn't currently active. The car is currently running fine after the code cleared, so they didn't try to push an unnecessary repair on me. Really appreciate the honesty and the peace of mind. Definitely earned my business.”
“These guys are great for any small and medium issues with your car. Their service is fast, efficient, high-quality and very fairly priced. We have taken our cars here dozens of times and I don’t think we have ever waited more than 20 minutes no matter how busy they were.
They used to do oil change on German cars, but they stopped a couple of years ago. However, their reasoning for that is fair.”

I asked about an inspection, and I was able to get good advice (I was trying to get it done early while I have the week off, but the tech I spoke with recommended that I come back next month or it could cause problems when I went to renew my registration in a couple of months).”
