“I have to say that even though we did not get our car serviced here during this visit, that these employees, Chris and Derek, literally saved the day for us. We were at the DMV nearby for an appointment and one of the forms had an area that wasn't legible due to printer ink running out and we were told to get back in 20 minutes or out appointment is canceled. And we all know that it's a 3 month wait to get another appointment set. My husband happened to find this gem and went in and begged their help and these two literally came to our rescue, said no problem and had us ready to go in a few minutes. Any place that has people that work here like this deserves 5 stars and recognition. We are going to make the one hour trip and go here when we need. Thank you guys for saving our day!”

I dropped my car off to them on a Thursday and mentioned to them that I needed it back on Friday because we were going out of town. Lance and team worked late on friday to get it done, and drove it to my house so that we would have it. This is why I will always take all of my cars to them.”

“I had a bad experience here years ago. On 12/18/23 I walked into the Kwik Kar on Long Prairie. The waiting area was filthy with 5 people standing in line. When I finally did speak to someone, service bays empty, "It'll be an hour and a half wait." I decided to try this location again.Very pleasant surprise. The shop and waiting area was immaculate.
