“If you are not familiar with Duluth Trading company just look up a few of their commercials, it says it all. Their clothes look to solve everyday problems their customers have with other clothing brands. From plumbers crack to crouch gussets, they speak my language. So when I shop here they understand my everyday problems with most clothes and they have solutions. Don’t forget to sign up for their email list for special deals!”
“I wish I could continue to support this store. I hate that it’s come to this, but with how much money I have spent at this store and on a ring that I love. But the stone fell out less than a week after buying it, and I work 60+ hrs a week in DFW. The owners unwillingness to exchange the ring didn’t offer or give me my money back or wait. Three months to get it fixed, and that’s just not acceptable. I work really hard for what I own, and I take care of the things I buy, especially when they bring me as much joy as most of The items from Juliet has brought me in the past. I don’t appreciate the treatment today and will not support them further.”
“It’s a breath of fresh of air when you get someone who’s just kind and willing to help. I received great service over the phone when I called this store inquiring about a certain size and style of shoe. When I visited the store 2 days later Sierra who helped me over the phone remembered speaking to me and assisted immediately . I got what I needed and was blown away with the type of customer service she provided. Vans you should be so proud to have an employee of this caliber working for you!”

“beautiful ladies working 9/4 and 9/5 are exceptional. I had a mishap with my online order completely my fault and they were so kind and understanding. fixed it right up and had me on my way in no time. i was initially only going to be purchasing the one thing, but after that experience I’m already shopping online with torrid again. if those ladies see this, thank you SO MUCH for your help. I live 35 min away so your knowledgeable and kind response made everything so smooth for my drive into Denton for the week!”

“I randomly bought a belt here and experience some of the best customer service ever.I was meandering throughout the mall and decided to find a new belt. At 10 minutes before close I walked into Buckle, self-conscious about entering so late. Instead of receiving sneers, I was warmly welcomed by the employees, who showed me the belts. They were so friendly and helpful. Most my interaction was with Myriam (who was awesome!), but other employees were great too.I bought the belt, then realized days later that the buckle (pardon the pun) was too big (aka my gut was too big ;). I had to return it, and again - Myriam and all the staff were super-friendly, welcoming, and helpful.I've worked retail before and know it can be thankless. I've also been to fancier establishments than Buckle and received attitude for briefly glancing 20 minutes before close. The service and kindness of the staff at Buckle was so unexpected and top-notch. I am sincerely impressed.I really hope these individuals are getting the raises they deserve. Any establishment should be proud to have a team like this. I'm not in Buckle's target market, but I wish all my shopping experiences were this delightful. Thanks Myriam and crew!”
“I was visiting my son from out of state and wanted to do a little shopping ahead of a job interview. I walked in and met this beautifully charismatic young lady named Brie. We started chatting, she helped me with some classic, core pieces of clothing and the next thing I know I’m waking out with 5 gorgeous items to add to my wardrobe. I highly recommend her boutique as I will definitely be returning on my next visit!”

“I don’t normally post reviews but I had to share my experience today and shout out Rachel!
I came in after a series of misfortunes with bras in the past year (not from VS) and asked the first associate I saw (Rachel) for help. She immediately paused the stocking she was doing to help me. I told her that I had a hard time finding supportive and full coverage bras, especially in my size, and she was not only able to find bras that would work for me but was able to gauge my size without even measuring me (though she did volunteer to, I declined because I thought I knew my size. Turns out I was wrong!)
She found everything that she thought would work for me both efficiently and effectively, and when I asked for help finding a different size than the one I thought I needed, she found it immediately and it worked out perfectly for my needs! She was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and kind during my shopping experience today. I thought I might be asking for too much help, especially with it being Black Friday, but she never made me feel bad for seeking assistance and was excited for me when I was able to find THREE bras that worked!
I’ve been wary of VS in the past due to the price tag, but this experience alone was enough to make me want to come back more than my typical once-a-year panty sale purchases.
I also want to shout out the ladies at the counters; they were all being extremely professional and all shared shopper excitement from what I observed! The line was wrapped around the fragrance department but moved more quickly than I would have thought possible, but everyone was leaving smiling from my observation!”

“JT Clothiers is steeped in traditional classic comfortable and stylish looks that meld with a man's inner anchor in fabrics that are always ready for you and your lifestyle. I personally, was introduced to the brand when I attended the University of North Texas, in Denton, Texas, in the 1980s, where I studied Psychology and Business Management, before heading south to the University of Houston, where I graduated from in December 1992. I have never been able to get such fine clothes, but remember that was their store in the Lillian Miller Parkway location. where I bought my clothes and shoes, which I no longer need, being a real live quadrilateral amputee due to meningoccocemia I contracted in Christchurch, New Zealand in September of 1995. Since then, there's been a lot of water under the bridge and I have returned to my boyhood home, Denton, and I am still loving it. Cheers, Mark F.”

“This is one of my most favorite stores to wander around in. They have so many cute purses, jewelry, etc. to look at. Window shopping here is not enough!! I love Brighton products and this place has them. In fact, if you didn't know, they have a discount section in the back for older stock. You can get some steals back there. The manager (maybe the owner), Ann, has been there since it opened and does a good job of training her employees. They tend to know their products. Of course, it was a bit frustrating during COVID because they couldn't afford to be open as much usual, but they're back to their regular hours now! Kimberly K”

“This resale store is truly a hidden gem! Not only is it a nonprofit with 100% of the proceeds going to feed seniors in our community, but the quality of what they carry is outstanding. Their jewelry selection is thoughtfully displayed and comes in beautiful bags that make every purchase feel special. The furniture is also top of the line — stylish, sturdy, and priced so reasonably that it’s hard not to take something home every visit.
What I love most is knowing that every dollar spent goes right back into helping seniors get fed from Meals on Wheels, which makes shopping here feel extra meaningful. The staff is friendly, the store is well organized, and you can tell they take pride in making it a wonderful experience for everyone who walks through the door. Highly recommend checking them out — you’ll find amazing treasures and support an incredible cause at the same time!”

This store location is like no other that I've shopped at. Amazon returns at the front of the store rather than the back is a very good idea, thank you. Your store is bright, neat and organized. Other store managers should see your store and and mirror theirs to yours. Great job.”
