Seriously there is a great selection of stones, crystals, jewelry, incense, etc. the prices were really good too. I got several stones and crystals for less than $20.The person in charge of the store was also very kind. We had a nice little chat while I was there. Their clothes look to solve everyday problems their customers have with other clothing brands. From plumbers crack to crouch gussets, they speak my language. So when I shop here they understand my everyday problems with most clothes and they have solutions. Don’t forget to sign up for their email list for special deals!”

“Great customer service! I had a terrible experience with their online shopping. I decided to go in person, and I'm SO glad I did. The lady who helped me was kind and actually invrsted in making things work out. I had received the wrong order for 2 reasons, but I had only noticed one of those reasons. She helped me see the other error and exchanged what I needed. Their telephone service rep in india had NO idea of what options I had, nor hehad any desire to help. So gladI went in person.”

“I randomly bought a belt here and experience some of the best customer service ever.I was meandering throughout the mall and decided to find a new belt. At 10 minutes before close I walked into Buckle, self-conscious about entering so late. Instead of receiving sneers, I was warmly welcomed by the employees, who showed me the belts. They were so friendly and helpful. Most my interaction was with Myriam (who was awesome!), but other employees were great too.I bought the belt, then realized days later that the buckle (pardon the pun) was too big (aka my gut was too big ;). I had to return it, and again - Myriam and all the staff were super-friendly, welcoming, and helpful.I've worked retail before and know it can be thankless. I've also been to fancier establishments than Buckle and received attitude for briefly glancing 20 minutes before close. The service and kindness of the staff at Buckle was so unexpected and top-notch. I am sincerely impressed.I really hope these individuals are getting the raises they deserve. Any establishment should be proud to have a team like this. I'm not in Buckle's target market, but I wish all my shopping experiences were this delightful. Thanks Myriam and crew!”

I personally, was introduced to the brand when I attended the University of North Texas, in Denton, Texas, in the 1980s, where I studied Psychology and Business Management, before heading south to the University of Houston, where I graduated from in December 1992. I have never been able to get such fine clothes, but remember that was their store in the Lillian Miller Parkway location. where I bought my clothes and shoes, which I no longer need, being a real live quadrilateral amputee due to meningoccocemia I contracted in Christchurch, New Zealand in September of 1995. Since then, there's been a lot of water under the bridge and I have returned to my boyhood home, Denton, and I am still loving it. Cheers, Mark F.”

“Naomi is AMAZING!She is not only knowledgeable about the store products but she patiently takes time to ensure I am well informed about proper sizing, adjustments needed and comfort.Several people have measured me for intimates and gotten it wrong or didn't provide the additional insight on adjusting my bras to fit better. However, Naomi not only measures me but also offers advice based on the style and cut of each bra.During my most recent visit, a new store associate was initially helping me and I watched Naomi take time to walk her through each step of my initial return and ensure the young lady was learning hands-on.My mom also visited the store with me during my most recent trip and applauded Naomi for her patience, thoroughness and excellent customer service.Grateful for the LB ladies at this store and especially Naomi who makes my shopping experiences a remarkable one and raises the bar in the definition of excellent customer service.”

“All I can say is that I only wish other retail stores had the staff and customer service down like I experienced today. My 3 year old son and I needed new outfits for a wedding this weekend. When I walked in I was greeted by a beautiful young lady named Kayla. Her smile and attitude quickly let me know I was going to be in good hands. She took charge of the situation and we quickly found a great outfit for my son. I needed to everything from head to toe. She was right on point in picking out styles that worked with my personality . You see I'm all cattle and no hat!! The prices are what I expected being that they sale quality products which makes sense to me. There a store just south of them that sells plenty of cheap products I think it rhymes with Northern Tool ? I can't thank Kayla enough for the excellent experience I had. I didn't even think about the cost and that's what great customer services does!”

“This place has the best quality resale clothes and accessories of anywhere else!! It smells delicious in there every time and everything is very reasonably priced. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars bc as a seller, you get a relatively low % of the actual value but that’s also what makes it so great to be a buyer, sooo overall don’t expect to make a fortune selling products here but you can expect to find affordable quality-condition and high end brands at uptown cheapskate!”
