“I don't even write reviews, but this was my very first experience with Soma, and it was FANTASTIC! Shout-out to Trish, she is exceptionally customer-oriented and such an inviting and warm presence! I walked in and straight away she had me in a dressing room! Trish found me a strapless bra that was actually comfortable, but they did not have it in my size. She said that the following week, Soma was having a sale, so she honored that price and discounted 60%! Everyone else working there was so personable and genuine! I'm a loyal customer now! Ditch Victoria Secret, come here!”

“Becky is amazing! She helped me with a difficult return. My mom lives 5 hours away (not near a loft) and her Christmas present was the wrong size. I purchased a cute blue sweat suit that was too big. Becky helped me exchange it for the correct size. The top was sold out in the size I was hoping for and she helped me find a top that was comparable color-wise. We then were able to ship it to my mom. Becky was so tech savvy and amazing! The customer service at this location is unmatched. Not only do I love loft as a brand with great clothes, but their employees are fantastic”

“What can I say??? Yesterday your associates, Clarissa & Georgia Kate, treated me like a rock star! And I was a walk-in! They assembled new outfits for me, even climbing over inventory boxes to check for my size! They consulted me very honestly on what did or did not work for me (and I so very much respect that!). They chose entire outfits for me and plenty of them. I only invest in new wardrobes every few YEARS (and when I do, I seek quality and style that will last) and truthfully I didn't have a lot of hope when I walked in (based on my size and stature). Well, I ended up with many new work outfits and I love them all! At the end, Clarissa and Georgia Kate, even chose accessories for me and had them all presented for me to choose from at check out. I hope that WHBM knows what STELLAR team members they have in these two remarkable people! They are honest and creative and treated me like royalty! I highly recommend anyone visiting this location request them by name. They are truly expert stylists!”
