“Such a cute shop! They have everything...casual, dressy, jeans, shoes, jewelry, accessories, seasonal, cute cups...and the list goes on! The prices are good too. This is a woman owned shop and she is a wonderful person, always helpful and kind. She instantly makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. Love this little shop, it's my go to!”

“This is one of my most favorite stores to wander around in. They have so many cute purses, jewelry, etc. to look at. Window shopping here is not enough!! I love Brighton products and this place has them. In fact, if you didn't know, they have a discount section in the back for older stock. You can get some steals back there. The manager (maybe the owner), Ann, has been there since it opened and does a good job of training her employees. They tend to know their products. Of course, it was a bit frustrating during COVID because they couldn't afford to be open as much usual, but they're back to their regular hours now! Kimberly K”

“I appreciated that there was a WHBM section and a Chico's section, as well as Lululemon and others (saves time - otherwise, this place would be overwhelming). When I took some clothes there, they gave me very little $, e.g. less than $30 for a bundle that included a WHBM dress (under 1 year old) with the $160 price tag on it. Would rather give these items away. So good place to shop, but not to recoup any costs associated with my own poor decisions.”

“Great Shopping Experience!! 110% VIP treatment! The knowledgeable representatives at this LOFT location successfully display their clothing options in a neat and orderly manner, while keeping the tone light, casual and friendly- The opposite of stuffy! Not only are the merchandise displays uniquely presented to attract onlookers, the LOFT representatives have an amazing talent of making everyone who enter the door feel very welcome and special. Sadly, this level of attentive care is a rare gem to be found in our modern society. At LOFT in Highland Village TX, however, I felt as if I had my own team of stylists working in tandem to help me accentuate my current fashion tastes. I typically enjoy contemporary, classic clothing styles, and Emmy, Kristen and Cynthia helped me to create new, unique wardrobe choices, while keeping my traditional foundation. Shopping at this LOFT location provided me with a sense of confidence regarding my new closet choices. My visit was a "true, in-store shopping pleasure." Keep up the good work, everyone! I enjoy "real" people helping me in person, opposed to online ordering, any given day- Every woman deserves to be treated as a VIP in person at least once in life!! I will shop LOFT at this location anytime, thanks to sales representatives, anytime and always.14 stars out of 10 in my book! A definite MUST VISIT!”

“Overall I find some really good things at this location and love having it in Highland Village. I will say, it's frustrating that they have a tactic of just saying "press green button" when it's giving you an option to sign up for emails or not and other stuff. Like I feel like I sign up for multiple things ever time I'm in here, even though the screen is giving me the option but they use this trick lol, just feels kinda schemey. Great products though and it seems like they are following great covid precautions. I felt safe shopping here. Really glad to have this in the shops.”

“If you’re a husband, this is the most amazing place to shop for your wife! Michelle and everyone she employs are friendly and always willing to help a stumped hubby make a stellar choice for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays and “just because” gifts. I’ve been shopping there for years and I’ve never brought home a gift from Lucy Voss that wasn’t a wild success. It’s a great place for high-end women’s clothes - whether dressy or casual, and they have a great selection of one-of-a-kind designer jewelry that won’t break the bank. Also some very cool home goods (but I normally stick with the clothes and the jewelry). If you haven’t tried Lucy Voss before, fellas, you’re missing out. It’s like having a personal shopper pick out the perfect gift for your gal every time!”

“-------update-------Orange hair human is a terrible piece of garbage human being, foul smelling lady might of been on to som... Morale of the story ?‍♀️Got my ears, nose, neck, tounge, and temple peirced by the orange and yellow haired person who was just the sweetest and kindest soul I've ever met.While I was waiting for my session, there was this belligerent foul smelling lady being extremely rude and obnoxious while she was forcing her 3 year old child to get their ears perieced. The child kept refusing and saying they did not want the piercing and the kind hearted orange and yellow haired representative listened to the child's pleas and decided not to pierce the ears of said child. This was very clearly against the wishes of the mother of said child, and she started pissing and farting all over the store in seething rage....I hope she's well.Anyway, morale of the story is 5/5 establishment that will listen and validate any human's feelings. We need more people like orange and yellow haired employee in this world!”

“I've been a loyal WHBM customer for years. Ever since coming out as trans, they've always been ready to help and never been judgemental or the least bit negative. The affirmation I receive as a now transitioned woman has always made me so happy shopping at almost any location. Consistently great service and I always find something I love. This location was great today, helping me out together something that fit my aesthetic for the evening as well as having ample flexibility for the future. The ladies were all amazing and I'll definitely be back!”
