    We are DONE with Tom Thumb. We have spent $200-$300 PER WEEK for over 20 years. We fuss about that store every time we go in there. Today’s experience was the last straw. Hello Kroger in Cedar Hill!!! We will NEVER set foot in that filthy, rude, location again!!!

    2:40 on a Tuesday: No one answers at Corporate number. Only option is to leave a message, presumably for NO ONE. They must have upset so many customers that they just don’t even answer their phone anymore or so much as attempt to properly field calls—from their *customers*. Oh, and, Azle Store is awful.     Went to go shopping, and the app now has not just a password, but 2-way authentication required. It wont let me transfer it to my phone number. Nope. Makes me authenticate to a 1990's aol account. What moron came up with this security programming????
