“When it comes to choosing a car mechanic, I’m looking for two qualities: competence and integrity. Rafał from Royal Motors has plenty of both.
He has recently fixed an issue likely caused by another shop’s lack of attention to detail. He previously fixed my son’s car for fraction of a price quoted by a dealer.
I’ve seen him helping a young driver with some minor adjustments (still taking about 20min of his time) and not charging him for any of his work.
Verify friendly, giving you honest and overview of urgent and not so urgent repairs.

“It's never easy dealing with damage from another driver crashing into you. I had to wrestle with the other driver's insurance company for a couple of months to get what was owed to me. Fortunately the easy part was getting my truck repaired. I'm really glad I called First Choice. As soon as I was ready they got my truck in immeditely. We both knew right off the bat that there were going to be supplements needed from the insurance company. They really estimated the minimum. First Choice had no problems communicating with the insurance company and getting approvals for the total amount needed to repair my truck in full. And even with the Thanksgiving holiday in the middle of all this, they got the approvals, parts, and all repairs done very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised with the time I was without my truck, especially with some of the stories I've heard lately of long repair times. First Choice did great for me. “My 2002 Ford Excursion had serious rust damage around the top of the windshield frame, leaking water and howling with wind noises. Steve at Texas Auto Body did wonderful repair work. After cleaning the windshield gasket adhesive and sand blasting the frame, he used a combination of techniques to effect repair. The area above the corner of the windshield was repaired with Bondo. Several inches of heavily damaged steel in the middle of the windshield were cut out and replaced, welding the new steel into place. There was also a two-inch rusted out hole above the rear lift gate, which was welded with sheet metal and smoothed. Steve and his sons were welcoming every time I visited them during the repair.”
“They were friendly and quick. Prices were really fair in comparison to other bodyshops that I went. The first place wanted to charge me 3500 for adjusting a door and said that it needs several parts to be replaced. Trilee fixed the door with 150. I really recommend them!”

“I tore off my front bumper and damaged my fender, Steve and his brother in law were kind enough to help me take the rest of the bumper off, and picked my car up for me. They also got my car fixed in less than 24 hours and dropped it back off. Super sweet and genuine men, you can tell they do this business with their hearts. Great service and great people. Will definitely be returning to them if I ever have any issues again.”

Nu Way was recommended by my husband's coworker after we had an accident & the first shop started trying to haggle prices on piant. Plus my insurance agent was quite the slacker!!! Donna at Nu Way stuck with it. She was patient, kept me more informed than my own insurance company & they got it pushed through. They did a fabulous job on my Highlander & it was much faster than I expected. Then impossible happened! Another accident just months later. Without hesitation, I went straight back to Nu Way.
I cannot recommend them enough.
