They took me to enterprise so I didn't have to Uber over and ware more money. He talked to the insurance agents so I wouldn't have to worry about them; even buffed my hood which is something he didn't have to do but went out his way to do it. These guys did an amazing job. They are at a whole in the wall area but well worth the distance. Very responsive. Lee and V and company thanks for everything. Highly recommend!”

“I had damage to the front facia, rear bumper and back hatch of my 2006 Dodge Magnum SRT8. I met with the owner and he quoted me a fair price for repair and painting the car. I brought the car to him on a Wednesday evening and it was ready by Friday evening. Picking the car up on Saturday I had no idea of what to expect based on the short turn around time. I was delighted with the workmanship and the car looked pristine . Of course I recommend this family owned shop that put me first and feel even better knowing that family operated businesses show a closer connection with customers like me .”

Once I had, he personally saw to it that it was corrected in a timely manner in the exact way that I had expected. This was something that I very much appreciate from a business and personal perspective, when a company ensures that a customer is taken care of after an unfortunate experience takes place. “This place deserves more than 5 stars. I was impressed from the very first phone call. I was in an accident and just wanted to find out if my frame was bent before calling the insurance company (I don't trust them). When I called and spoke with Max (the owner), I offered to drive it up to him for him to look at it. He insisted that he would take time out of his busy Saturday to come to my house to look at it and let me know what he thought. He showed up let me know within 5 minutes that my frame was indeed NOT bent and then proceeded to let me know what it would take to fix it. He jotted everything down and by Monday morning he had an estimate sent over to me so that I would be ready when I talked to my insurance company. There were so many little things Max did that was above and beyond. I have already told everyone about this place and I will continue to recommend Karma Automotive and Collision Repair to everyone I know. Within a week, I had my truck back and it looks brand new!
