He took the time to give us a layout of the store, making sure we knew where everything was and guiding us to the best selections. His helpfulness and positive attitude really made the experience stand out.”
“Great experience. Staff member took items and held them at the counter for us. They already had them rang up when we arrived with other items, so we didn’t have to wait as long—very thoughtful. Every staff member greeted us and offered to help us find items and sizes we needed. Love that the staff is not a bunch of teenagers that don’t care about the customer, but they are adults that give fast, friendly service.”
“What a Treasure of a Store! Greeted the moment we walked in & had a wonderful time in the Rose Garden Tea Room having Lunch first! Our Server-Kendall couldn’t have been better assisting myself, my sister & our 84 year old Mother choose just the right lunch! A gentleman stopped by several times to make sure we were being taken care of & even brought our Mom’s wheelchair right to us that we had stored in the front area. Excellent experience there, service & food was excellent. Beautiful rooms you can have private parties. In one room, ladies were even playing cards!Gracie Lane itself was filled with beautiful items! Everything from Jewelry-(a large Silver Charm Section) along with others. Apparel & Accessories for Babies to adults, Home Decor, even an Art Gallery where the nicest lady informed us they have Art Classes!Can’t wait to go back with more friends, such a positive experience!”

“A sunlit, comfy, and small boutique. There are a good number of changing rooms that are nice and clean. I spotted some nice eye catching pieces that were very y2k, lots of feminine stuff, rustic, boho, and cowgirl-ish type stuff well as some modern stuff too. The hostess was very helpful and nice.”

“(PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW)I had been waiting for over three weeks for items. They had not returned calls and were not answering calls………Well? HOWEVER!!!! Not 10 minutes after I wrote the FIRST part. I got a call back and was informed that my order had been filled and that it will be delivered tomorrow. Apparently there was an issue with a timeline that was COMPLETELY out of their control. They were 100% professional and I am very happy that I used a local business like theirs. PLEASE consider using this company for your team orders if you can. They were nothing but polite and cordial and courteous.”

“Was in today 1/16 and it as clean, they were still putting out merchandise since there were carts everywhere with items still needing to be put away but overall it was not bad. Didn't find what I was looking for, still on the hunt for cute valentines decor.”
