    “I like this store, but they need to update their phone number, get more locations, have more than one shipment a month, and stop closing during store hours without updating your websites such as Google. People are driving a good distance to get to your store, only to find out it’s closed. That’s their downfall unfortunately. The customers stating they were told they can only do store credit… it literally says that in the store. Pay attention guys, small shops don’t really allow returns with a full refund the way you paid.”

    “I’m giving a five because the customer service was top tier!!! Best from any location, and I’ve been to a lot of them. Anytime we go to a new city, we always stop at one and collect a coffee mug. I will say that this store had the least sale options for clothes. The clearance for a factory store was surprisingly very low, not just out of things but the Amount of items that were on sale. There’s more polo on sale at Dillards. But all in all, they were really accommodating when we needed help. Very direct, and made eye contact, which is very important to me in customer service.”
