“Needed a cable extension for my rachio sprinkler control and just did a quick Google search to find it locally vs. ordering from Amazon. Bam! Their website showed they had it in stock at a much better price than Amazon. Went in and was greeted by someone who pointed me in the direction of what I was looking for. “You know this is a different Office Max right away, as compared to all the rest. In other locations you're just a number (that you receive by tapping on a screen) and have to wait for eternity, while the associates ignore you and keep doing their own thing. Only after you go up and remind them that you exist, do they go into action. But this place was so different. And Andrea made all the difference. How I wish Office Max hired more associates like her. Thank you, Andrea, for instilling in us the belief that there's still hope.”
