The Costco Tire Center has helpful staff. It is simple to make an appointment and shop. The staff works hard, but they can be short-staffed. This can make wait times longer than quoted, especially for walk-ins. The staff is kind and helpful, even in difficult situations. They have been known to go out of their way to assist customers, such as staying late to put on new tires or rescuing a lost car. Some staff members are particularly notable for their kindness and helpfulness, making the experience at the Costco Tire Center positive.
Not the most efficient place. Had an appointment for 3:15 to replace 3 tires that I had special ordered. They did not hand over the keys until around 4:55pm. Even though the work slip stated it was done at 4:36pm. Although the rest of Costco is always on point, doesn’t seem like the tire shop is keeping pace.

Had it done while we shopped. No hassle. I did order tires from them online and had to follow up to co firm they were ready to mount beforehand though. I'll use them again for tires.
