“A gentleman saw me pull in and when I arrived they had a truck blocking the way off loading tires. But the guy that saw me walk all the way to my car and right away he greeted me. That was the best part! For someone to greet you and notice you struggling to drive in and right away guide you to pull in to service your car right away was the best experience I've encountered. He even helped me carry my car seat inside their waiting lobby while my son was sleeping. The best part they have a ton of inventory of used and new tires which I struggle to find in this area for my Acura TLX 2016 model. I highly recommend this place and they have certainly earned my business. I will be coming back. Not to mention you get to see them work on your car while you wait inside their lobby, and the guy that helped me today gave me lollipops for my little boy and he told me how long the wait would be to get tires added on my car! A+++ tire shop right here and inexpensive too! They accept all types of payment such as cash, Apple Pay and many credit cards too!”

“I’ve used Discount Tire for years because I do a lot of moving/traveling and they’re all over the place. I’ve always had good experiences with them.The crew at this location is no exception. They’ve been spot on every time I’ve been in there. They’re always friendly, informative, and happy to help customers compare different options for their vehicles.A hidden pothole did a number on two of my wheels. At my last tire rotation, they pointed out that they had very slight bends on the inside that would probably get worse over time. I found a good replacement set(all 4) and brought them in today. Alex and Dylan helped me out. They checked the replacements for any issues, got all four of my tires swapped over to the new wheels, balanced them, and put together a full sized spare for me. I still had my keys back in under an hour!”

“I drive a 2017 Jeep Compass. Had been noticing a sound like a plastic bag or a loose bumper. Then driving to work I thought I was driving on a rough patch of road. Stopped at a red light and the engine light came on. I pulled into a QT at the corner of Division (180) and ***** in *********, **. Called and waited on my husband. We talked with a man from ********* *********** if they could help us. He said he would go talk to his boss. He did not return. So we looked around and we noticed Dr. *** Repair across the street. We got the vehicle over there and **** said he would put the car on the computer to let us know what was wrong. We had a bad coil. He had already ordered the part when he came to tell us what was wrong and to tell us that he would go ahead and change the coil. I suffer from allergies and **** was in the office and heard me coughing so he brought me a water. They have the cleanest waiting area and plenty of reading material. **** was extremely nice, professional and informative. I looked up the price from Auto Zone, he charged like a dollar more than they had the part priced for on the internet. We'll be coming here when we need help with our auto needs as I feel that I can trust him. Drove to work after the repair; I had no problems at all and did not hear any unusual sounds. I thank God that he was there and was willing to work on the can. He had told us that he was booked all this week but made us a priority. So grateful. Thank you **** and team.”

“Hey peeps. Yep, 1st world review. Had a nail in my tire. Took it to Discount tire knowing they would give me some riggamaroll bs that would ultimately end with me needing to by a whole set of tires, wheels, and a new baby from Instanbul. You can never just get anything simple done at Discount tire. They are shiesty and don't even hide it. So why I went there again is beyond reason. I feel like the George Bush jacked up version of "Fool me once..." he so famously flubbed. I apologize to my college professors. I graduated with a 3.80. Means some of them must have just given me good grades as dumb as I felt going back to DT. Anywho. I had the wheel in the back of another truck. I left DT and said never again. Had to go to Aggtown to do some light shopping. figured might as well see if I could find a tire shop to patch the tire. Got out my trusty Yelp app. Boom. Within .07 miles, Regio Tires. Drove up, the place was hopping. Lots of customers, lots of workers going at it like a mad house. Was thinking, welp, here goes an hour or two. Nope. Guy comes out, asks me what the issue was. Popped open the hatch, showed him the nail. He grabbed the tire out. Maybe 10 minutes, he was back with the tired patched up. Wow. Asked how much, he said $6. Handed him $16. Always tip for time saved. Time saved is money earned. So when I am in Arlington, and have a tire issue, it is Regio for the kid. I almost hoped it would have taken longer. They are so close to a Krispy Kreme donuts, I could have went and had a hot one. Take care of yourselves folks. They say Christmas season is the most depressing time of the year. So with that in mind, keep your heads and spirits up. Do something good for someone in your life, something good for yourself, and then something great for a stranger in need. Peace out peeps.”

“Had a leak in my tire and all of the other shops were closed. It was Cinco de Mayo so my hopes were a little low. My husband and I stumbled across this place, and it was literally 7:40, they closed at 7:30. They told us if we were just a few minutes late we would have missed them.
